Solutions and Services<\/h2>\n<p>1WS\u2019s Commerce Suite extends the Item Management subscription to include solutions<br \/>\ncomplimentary to the Business-to-Consumer (\u201cB2C\u201d) digital experience. Based on the Item<br \/>\nManagement subscription, this suite of capabilities includes the following:<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h6\">1.a Item Management<\/h2>\n<p><b>1.a.i.<\/b>1WS\u2019s Item Management solution offers subscribers the ability to manage and<br \/>\nsynchronize<br \/>\naccurate product content with a wide array of supplier and recipient trading partners. The Item<br \/>\nManagement Platform employs individual Connectors to deliver product content through<br \/>\nrecipient accepted methodologies to meet supplier and recipient product content needs. The<br \/>\nItem Management Platform includes access to web-based and machine-to-machine interfaces<br \/>\nthat allows Client to synchronize product content with other trading partners. In addition,<br \/>\nvalidations are applied to submitted attributes to help ensure completeness and consistency of<br \/>\nthe data that is shared by trading partners.<\/p>\n<p>The Item Management Platform offers the ability to capture, manage and store product content,<br \/>\nas well as to collaborate with other 1WS community members to perform validations of the<br \/>\nproduct content using rules defined by those recipients, and distribute the product content to<br \/>\nthose recipients. In addition, the Item Management Platform performs functions such as to allow<br \/>\ndata to be presented to recipients in a more user-friendly environment, or to allow data to be<br \/>\ndisplayed on other websites with minimal effort.<\/p>\n<p>For complete description of the Item Management capability, see attached<a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/item-management\/\"> Product Description<br \/>\nfor Item Management<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>1.a.ii.<\/b> Implementation Options.1WS offers two (2) implementation options to implement the<br \/>\nItem Management Platform, as further described below.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"common-list\">\n<li>Onboard Support through 1WS. With the Onboard Support option, Client will receive<br \/>\ntechnical assistance to help Client prepare and synchronize its product content. This<br \/>\noption includes preparation, testing and assistance, including the setup process, and is<br \/>\ndriven by 1WorldSync support staff. Choosing the Onboard Support option provides the<br \/>\ngreatest assurance that product content will be formatted and prepared properly, so that<br \/>\nClient can quickly start complying with its trading partners\u2019 requirements and begin<br \/>\nrealizing the business benefits of data synchronization.<\/li>\n<li>Implementation with a Certified Solution Partner. Client may choose a Certified Solution<br \/>\nPartner of 1WorldSync to assist with managing its data synchronization initiative.<br \/>\nCertified Solution Partners provide products and\/or services to assist Client in achieving<br \/>\nsuccessful data synchronization implementation. All Certified Solution Partners have<br \/>\nbeen certified as having met 1WS\u2019s requirements for accessing the 1WS System.<br \/>\nPlease contact 1WorldSync at 1-866-280-4013 to obtain a list of Certified Solution<br \/>\nPartners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>1.a.iii.<\/b> Requirements. In order to use the Item Management Platform, Client must have<br \/>\ncorrectly adopted the applicable validations, product identification and attribute standards for<br \/>\nthe<br \/>\nchosen Connectors. Client is strongly advised to review the applicable documentation for<br \/>\nClient\u2019s selected Connectors and Client\u2019s data recipients on the preparation of product content<br \/>\nto be published to them.<\/p>\n<p><b>1.a.iv.<\/b> Data Entry. The Item Management Platform requires that Client provides its content<br \/>\nvia<br \/>\nthe web interface provided as part of the 1WS System or via a single node (such as connection<br \/>\nvia AS2) as described further below. If Client desires to provide its data through multiple<br \/>\nnodes<br \/>\nor AS2 connections, Client will be required to contract and pay for additional Professional<br \/>\nServices. Upon Client\u2019s request, 1WorldSync will provide Client with a custom quote and<br \/>\nStatement of Work for such Professional Services. If Client desires 1WS to enter or assist with<br \/>\nentering this product content into 1WS\u2019s System, Client may purchase Data Loading and<br \/>\nMaintenance (DLM+) Services from 1WS. The Item Management platform does not include<br \/>\nthese or any other 1WS products or services unless they are separately contracted and paid for<br \/>\nby Client.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"common-list\">\n<li><b>Spreadsheet<\/b> Upload Users must use the 1WS spreadsheet that is provided by 1WS.<br \/>\nUsers of Quick Connect must not modify the functionality of the 1WS spreadsheet.<\/li>\n<li><b>Data Distribution<\/b> Product content is shared with recipients by a variety of<br \/>\nmechanisms, based on recipient specific requirements of the GDSN Connector. These<br \/>\nmechanisms may include, for example, AS2, HTTPS, UI File Downloads, SFTP and<br \/>\nother means of electronic transmission of data.<\/li>\n<li><b>AS2<\/b> Users using the Applicability Statement 2 \u201cAS2\u201d standard for communications must<br \/>\nadhere to the following rules:<\/li>\n<li>Multiple, simultaneous (close in time) business transactions for a given company must<br \/>\nbe sent via batch messages and not in multiple, individual messages. The maximum<br \/>\nnumber of documents allowed in a single XML message is 1000. Sending XML<br \/>\nmessages of a specific type (for example, Catalog Request) must not be any more<br \/>\nfrequent than once every 5 minutes unless the message contains at least 1000<br \/>\ndocuments.<\/li>\n<li>The \u201clistener\u201d endpoint must be running during processing of messages until all<br \/>\ntransactions are processed and reconciled. (The AS2 \u201clistener\u201d is the client-side<br \/>\nsoftware\/routine that waits for the response message and prevents inadvertent Denial<br \/>\nof Service attacks that may result in deactivation.)<\/li>\n<li>Users must provide around the clock (24 x 7) technical phone contact<\/li>\n<li>Users must use an AS2 solution that is certified by DGI (Drummond Group Inc.)<\/li>\n<li>No more than 10 concurrent connections are allowed.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to use publicly available hostnames (not IP addresses).<\/li>\n<li>When sending an asynchronous message and receive a HTTP 200 response but no<br \/>\nMDN, wait at least an hour to retry sending the message again. The number of retries<br \/>\nshould be limited to 3.<\/li>\n<li>The maximum file size or XML message size is 75MB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"h6\">1.b. Digital Catalog<\/h2>\n<p><b>1.b.i. Limited to use in supporting the digital presentation of product data and content managed within the 1WorldSync Commerce Platform for up to fifty (50) publicly accessible items.<\/b> Digital Catalog provides suppliers<br \/>\nwith the ability to render their items as a browsable Digital Catalog(s), mobilizing the product<br \/>\ncontent already organized in the Item Management and related platforms and enables the<br \/>\nseamless presentation of selling sheets, catalogs, slicks and other digital sales aids. Digital<br \/>\nCatalog will allow both internal or external users to search, browse and download product data<br \/>\nand content that has been made available in the 1WS Digital Catalog solution. Control of the<br \/>\nproduct content displayed in Digital Catalog is solely at the discretion of the Client as the<br \/>\nDigital<br \/>\nCatalog limits visibility to product content that the Client has explicitly specified.<\/p>\n<p>For complete description of the Digital Catalog capability, see attached <a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/digital-catalog\/\">Product Description for Digital Catalog<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h6\">1.c. ContentCast<\/h2>\n<p><b>1.c.i Limited to use with up to ten (10) items for syndication to the 1WorldSync General<br \/>\nNetwork of retailers.<\/b> Client shall be granted access to the 1WorldSync ContentCast<br \/>\nClient<br \/>\nPortal to import Client Rich Content and create Rich Content Client product content page(s)<br \/>\n(\u201cClient Rich Content Page(s)\u201d) based on the Rich Content Template Page. Client may add<br \/>\nand\/or edit Client Rich Content. 1WorldSync may make the Client Rich Content Pages available<br \/>\nto the 1WorldSync General Network through the 1WorldSync services. Each unique Client Rich<br \/>\nContent Page shall count as a new page for the purpose of this service. Multiple Client product<br \/>\npart numbers may be associated to a page at no additional charge, except where specific<br \/>\nrecipients require pages to be specific to a single part number. There shall be no fee for any<br \/>\nupdates to the existing Client Rich Content Pages if done by the Client. However, any updates<br \/>\nto existing Client Rich Content Pages by 1WorldSync at Client\u2019s request shall be subject to an<br \/>\nadditional fee under 1WorldSync\u2019s Rich Content Page Creation Service.<\/p>\n<p>For complete description of ContentCast capabilities, see attached<a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/contentcast\/\"> Product Description for<br \/>\nContentCast<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h6\">1.d. Retail Ecommerce Analytics<\/h2>\n<p><b>1.d.i Limited to use with up to twenty (20) items for Item Intelligence for Walmart and<br \/>\nKroger only.<\/b> Retail E-Commerce Analytics provides data and metrics to understand your<br \/>\nitems\u2019 performance online for supported Retailer(s). Using this solution provides visibility to,<br \/>\nand<br \/>\nthe ability to extract, metrics for the areas of intelligence described below.<br \/>\n1WorldSync will provide access to the REA portal and metrics based on the following packages:<br \/>\nEcommerce Item Intelligence \u2013 includes the following analytics for Company items on<br \/>\ndesignated Retailer ecommerce site(s):<\/p>\n<p>Weekly Store-Level Metrics:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"common-list\">\n<li>Store locations where item is found online<\/li>\n<li>Item price at each location<\/li>\n<li>Location-level eComm stock status<\/li>\n<li>Weekly keywords and ranking insights:\n<ul class=\"common-list\">\n<li>Top 10 and page 1 organic and sponsored keyword rankings by brand and item<\/li>\n<li>Share of search reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For complete description of Retail Ecommerce Analytics capabilities, see attached<a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/retail-ecommerce-analytics\/\"> Product<br \/>\nDescription for Retail Ecommerce Analytics<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h6\">1.e. Image Capture Subscription<\/h2>\n<p><b>1.e.i Client is entitled to Image use for up to 10 items annually. Image use is limited to<br \/>\npublication or syndication of images exclusively via the Item Management, ContentCast,<br \/>\nor Digital Catalog solutions.<\/b> As a requirement to using the Image Capture Subscription,<br \/>\n1WorldSync will capture images of products delivered to 1WorldSync Studio as coordinated with<br \/>\nClient through 1WorldSync Onboarding support. Client must designate desired imaging<br \/>\npackage as described in the<a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/studio-services\/\"> Studio Services<br \/>\nProduct Description,<\/a> limited to:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"common-list\">\n<li><b>3.1A. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Image Package<\/b>\n<ul class=\"common-list\">\n<li>Six (6) straight on images \u2013 Four (4) sides plus top and bottom for a total of six<br \/>\n(6)<br \/>\nimages at no plunge angle.<\/li>\n<li>Three (3) marketing angle images: Plunge angle of approximately 20\u00b0 for front, left<br \/>\nand right views. Left and right are at an approximate 15\u00b0 side angle.<\/li>\n<li>Two (2) images of the Ingredient\/Nutrient label when applicable: may be provided<br \/>\nas individual images or a single image with both views, as listed and agreed to in<br \/>\nthe Finalized Shot List.<\/li>\n<li>One (1) barcode image.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>3.1B. Foodservice Image Package<\/b>\n<ul class=\"common-list\">\n<li>Closed case: One (1) angle image.<\/li>\n<li>Open case: One (1) angle image.<\/li>\n<li>Inner pack or plastic bag of food: One (1) angle image.<\/li>\n<li>Raw product\/consumer unit\/lowest unit: One (1) angle image.<\/li>\n<li>Raw product\/consumer unit\/lowest unit: One (1) angle variation image.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Activation of the Image Capture Subscription requires the execution of a seperate Image Capture Subscription agreement between Client and 1WorldSync. Link Manager<\/h2>\n<p>1.f.i Link Manager enables brand owners to link their product information dynamically and flexibly in compliance with the GS1 Digital Link standard. Additionally, 1WS\u2019 Essentials<br \/>\nLIVE training classes for more hands-on training are available for an additional fee.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h5\">4. Test Environment<\/h2>\n<p>Client will receive access to a 1WS System Test Environment as needed in accordance with its<br \/>\nusage of the Item Management: Sales Flex Plan Service to exchange data with other trading<br \/>\npartners via GDSN Connectors.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h5\">5.
