This<br \/>\nProduct Description forms part of the Contract to provide Client with the Item Management<br \/>\nPlatform. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the definitions assigned to them in<br \/>\nthe Agreement between 1WS and Client.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-1-services\" class=\"h5\">1. Services<\/h2>\n<p>The 1WorldSync Item Management Platform offers subscribers the ability to manage and synchronize<br \/>\naccurate product content with a wide array of supplier and recipient trading partners. The Item<br \/>\nManagement Platform employs individual Connectors to deliver product content through recipient<br \/>\naccepted methodologies to meet supplier and recipient product content needs. The Item Management<br \/>\nPlatform includes access to web-based and machine-to-machine interfaces that allows Client to<br \/>\nsynchronize product content with other trading partners. In addition, validations are applied to<br \/>\nsubmitted attributes to help ensure completeness and consistency of the data that is shared by<br \/>\ntrading partners.<\/p>\n<p>The Item Management Platform offers the ability to capture, manage and store product content, as<br \/>\nwell as to collaborate with other 1WorldSync community members to perform validations of the<br \/>\nproduct content using rules defined by those recipients, and distribute the product content to<br \/>\nthose recipients. In addition, the Item Management Platform performs functions such as to allow<br \/>\ndata to be presented to recipients in a more user-friendly environment, or to allow data to be<br \/>\ndisplayed on other websites with minimal effort.<\/p>\n<p>If Client\u2019s subscription to the Item Management Platform is purchased subject to SKU, or Recipient limitations, then Client acknowledges and agrees that any use of the Item Management Platform in excess of the number of SKUs or Recipients specified in the Contract may result in additional charges, and Client agrees<br \/>\nto notify 1WorldSync of its request to expand Client\u2019s use of the Item Management Platform to<br \/>\ninclude additional SKUs, and to pay any such additional charges invoiced by 1WorldSync.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-2-implementation-options\" class=\"h5\">2.Implementation Options<\/h2>\n<p>1WorldSync offers two (2) implementation options to implement the Item Management Platform, as<br \/>\nfurther described below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Onboard Support through 1WorldSync<\/span>. With the<br \/>\nOnboard Support option, Client will receive technical assistance to help Client prepare and<br \/>\nsynchronize its product content. This option includes preparation, testing and assistance,<br \/>\nincluding the setup process, and is driven by 1WorldSync support staff. Choosing the Onboard<br \/>\nSupport option provides the greatest assurance that product content will be formatted and<br \/>\nprepared properly, so that Client can quickly start complying with its trading partners\u2019<br \/>\nrequirements and begin realizing the business benefits of data synchronization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Implementation with a Certified Solution<br \/>\nPartner<\/span>. Client may choose a Certified Solution Partner of 1WorldSync to assist<br \/>\nwith managing its data synchronization initiative. Certified Solution Partners provide<br \/>\nproducts and\/or services to assist Client in achieving successful data synchronization<br \/>\nimplementation. All Certified Solution Partners have been certified as having met<br \/>\n1WorldSync\u2019s requirements for accessing the 1WorldSync System. Please contact 1WorldSync at<br \/>\n1-866-280-4013 to obtain a list of Certified Solution Partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"h-3-requirements\" class=\"h5\">3.Requirements<\/h2>\n<p>In order to use the Item Management Platform, Client must have correctly adopted the applicable<br \/>\nvalidations, product identification and attribute standards for the chosen Connectors. Client is<br \/>\nstrongly advised to review the applicable documentation for Client\u2019s selected Connectors and<br \/>\nClient\u2019s data recipients on the preparation of product content to be published to them.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-4-data-entry\" class=\"h5\">4. Data Entry<\/h2>\n<p>The Item Management Platform requires that Client provides its content via the web interface<br \/>\nprovided as part of the 1WorldSync System or via a single node (such as connection via AS2) as<br \/>\ndescribed further below. If Client desires to provide its data through multiple nodes or AS2<br \/>\nconnections, Client will be required to contract and pay for additional Professional Services.<br \/>\nUpon Client\u2019s request, 1WorldSync will provide Client with a custom quote and Statement of Work<br \/>\nfor such Professional Services. If Client desires 1WorldSync to enter or assist with entering<br \/>\nthis product content into the 1WorldSync System, Client may purchase Data Loading and<br \/>\nMaintenance (DLM+) Services from 1WorldSync. The Item Management Platform does not include these<br \/>\nor any other 1WorldSync products or services unless they are separately contracted and paid for<br \/>\nby Client.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Quick Connect\/Spreadsheet<\/strong> Upload Users must use the 1WorldSync spreadsheet<br \/>\nthat is provided by 1WorldSync. Users of Quick Connect must not modify the functionality of<br \/>\nthe 1WorldSync spreadsheet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Data Distribution<\/strong> Product content is shared with recipients by a variety of<br \/>\nmechanisms, based on recipient specific requirements of the GDSN Connector. These mechanisms<br \/>\nmay include, for example, AS2, HTTPS, UI File Downloads, SFTP and other means of electronic<br \/>\ntransmission of data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>AS2 <\/strong>Users using the Applicability Statement 2 \u201cAS2\u201d standard for<br \/>\ncommunications must adhere to the following rules:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Multiple, simultaneous (close in time) business transactions for a given company<br \/>\nmust be sent via batch messages and not in multiple, individual messages. The<br \/>\nmaximum number of documents allowed in a single XML message is 1000. Sending XML<br \/>\nmessages of a specific type (for example, Catalog Request) must not be any more<br \/>\nfrequent than once every 5 minutes unless the message contains at least 1000<br \/>\ndocuments.<\/li>\n<li>The \u201clistener\u201d endpoint must be running during processing of messages until all<br \/>\ntransactions are processed and reconciled. (The AS2 \u201clistener\u201d is the client-side<br \/>\nsoftware\/routine that waits for the response message and prevents inadvertent Denial<br \/>\nof Service attacks that may result in deactivation.)<\/li>\n<li>Users must provide around the clock (24 x 7) technical phone contact<\/li>\n<li>Users must use an AS2 solution that is certified by DGI (Drummond Group Inc.)<\/li>\n<li>No more than 10 concurrent connections are allowed.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to use publicly available hostnames (not IP addresses).<\/li>\n<li>When sending an asynchronous message and receive a HTTP 200 response but no MDN,<br \/>\nwait at least an hour to retry sending the message again. The number of retries<br \/>\nshould be limited to 3.<\/li>\n<li>The maximum file size or XML message size is 75MB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"h-5-support\" class=\"h5\">5. Support<\/h2>\n<p><em>Technical Call Center.<\/em> 1WorldSync provides technical support for data loading issues,<br \/>\nerror-management and transactional functions not available externally at 1-866-280-4013 or via<br \/>\nemail at <a href=\"mailto:technicalsupport@1worldsync.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">technicalsupport@1worldsync.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Administrative and Billing Support<\/em>. For administrative and billing issues, please<br \/>\ncontact 1WorldSync customer support at 1-866-280-4013 or at <a href=\"mailto:businesssupport@1worldsync.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">businesssupport@1worldsync.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Online Documentation and Reference<\/em>. All 1WorldSync customers receive access to<br \/>\n1WorldSync\u2019s proprietary online reference library, known as the 1WorldSync Solution Center.<br \/>\nAccess is limited to individuals who have been registered by 1WorldSync as authorized users of<br \/>\nthe 1WorldSync System. The 1WorldSync Solution Center can be found on the 1WorldSync website at<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"\/\">www.1worldsync.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-6-training\" class=\"h5\">6. Training<\/h2>\n<p>Client will receive access to 1WorldSync-sponsored web seminars that provide basic training on<br \/>\nthe 1WorldSync System. Client will also be assigned a 1WorldSync Professional Services<br \/>\nSpecialist for 30 days. The assigned Professional Services Specialist will be the Client\u2019s<br \/>\nsingle point of contact for the assigned duration, as you become acquainted with the 1WorldSync<br \/>\nSystem. Client will have access to the 1WorldSync Community site where Client can access<br \/>\ntraining and reference documentation. Additionally, companies may separately pay for and attend<br \/>\n1WorldSync\u2019s Essentials LIVE training classes for more hands-on training.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-7-test-environment\" class=\"h5\">7. Test Environment<\/h2>\n<p>Client will receive access to 1WorldSync System test environment as needed in accordance with its<br \/>\nusage of the 1WorldSync System to send data to other trading partners via GDSN Connectors.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-8-community-updates\" class=\"h5\">8. Community Updates<\/h2>\n<p>Client is entitled to receive relevant community updates and other newsletter publications as<br \/>\noffered by 1WorldSync.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-9-support-levels\" class=\"h5\">9.
