This Product Description describes the functionality and usage requirements for 1WS\u2019s tool that<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

generates a SmartLabel\u2122 which is compliant with the requirements of the Trading Partner Alliance
\nSmartLabel program (\u201cSL\u201d) and is offered as part of 1WS\u2019s Item Management Platform (\u201cIM\u201d). This
\nProduct Description forms part of the Agreement to provide Client with SL. Capitalized terms
\nused but not defined herein have the definitions assigned to them in the Agreement between 1WS
\nand Client.<\/p>\n

1.Solutions Capability<\/h2>\n

SL works in conjunction with IM. SL enables brand owners, both GDSN and non-GDSN, to capture
\nproduct structured data, enrich that data with related digital assets such as images, and
\ngenerate a landing page and present content in a SmartLabel\u2122 compliant format. The generated
\nlanding page can be shared with consumers, recipients, and registered with SmartLabel.org using
\nthe URL as a pointer to the landing page.
\nUsing SL, Client will generate and publish
\nSmartLabel\u2122 compliant pages that will be hosted by 1WS. Client is solely responsible for
\nconfirming the accuracy and completeness of all information within IM and all content generated
\nby SL as well as ensuring that all such information and content remains current. Compliance with
\nthe SmartLabel\u2122 program is the responsibility of Client.<\/p>\n

2.Separate SmartLabel\u2122 Agreement<\/h2>\n

The use of the SL tool does not automatically enroll Client or its products in the SmartLabel\u2122
\nprogram administered by the Trading Partner Alliance (\u201cTPA\u201d). Client represents and warrants
\nthat it has completed all requirements for, paid any applicable fees to, maintains a valid
\nagreement with, and has properly registered with TPA\u2019s SmartLabel\u2122 program (details of which can
\nbe found at www.smartlabel.org<\/a>). 1WS does not have a formal relationship
\nwith the TPA and makes no representations or warranties that SL has been approved by the TPA.<\/p>\n

3.Requirements<\/h2>\n

Other Product Subscriptions<\/em>: A subscription with 1WorldSync to access IM are required
\nfor SL.<\/p>\n

GS1 and GDSN Standards Adoption<\/em>: In order to use SL, Client must have correctly adopted
\nthe applicable GS1 product identification and measurement standards. Client is strongly advised
\nto review the applicable documentation from both GDSN Data Excellence, Inc. and SmartLabel.org
\non the preparation of data and content to be published to SmartLabel\u2122 compliant pages.<\/p>\n

Data Entry<\/em>: SL requires that Client load all item data and content into IM in order to
\nleverage the SL solution.<\/p>\n

Ongoing Maintenance<\/em>: The SL solution allows Client to regenerate its landing pages as
