3. Service Level and Availability<\/h2>\n

The 1WorldSync platform is operational twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a
\nweek, excluding downtime for outages due to issues beyond our control, downtime due to
\nScheduled Maintenance, or any other force majeure event (\u201cExcused Downtime\u201d) and
\nUnexcused Downtime. Any downtime that is not included as Excused Downtime is counted
\nas \u201cUnexcused Downtime\u201d. \u201cAvailability\u201d means (the difference between the total number of
\nminutes in a calendar month, less Excused Downtime, less Unexcused Downtime) with the
\nresult divided by (the difference between the total number of minutes in a calendar
\nmonth less Excused Downtime), as determined by 1WorldSync.<\/p>\n

1WorldSync endeavors to provide system Availability of 99.0% each calendar month.<\/p>\n

4. Data Entry<\/h2>\n

The 1WorldSync Link Manager supports the provision and management of links for different target
\ngroups and allows detailed management of product details. Manufacturers can use parameters such as
\nGTIN, batch or serial number to customize the links precisely. URLs can be flexibly modified without
