This Product Description forms part of the Contract to provide Client<br \/>\nwith CA. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the definitions assigned to them in<br \/>\nthe 1WorldSync General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h5\"><strong>1. Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>CA works in conjunction with 1WorldSync\u2019s Item Management Platform. CA provides managed services<br \/>\nand expert assistance to help Client acquire, aggregate, load, and maintain key elements of item<br \/>\ndata and content using IM, for items specifically destined for the US target market. Content<br \/>\naccounted for in this managed service includes images, off-package content, and supply chain<br \/>\nlogistical data. See Appendix A for a detailed listing of the data and content covered by this<br \/>\nservice.<\/p>\n<p>1WorldSync will perform the following services as part of CA after Client first purchases<br \/>\n1WorldSync\u2019s Image Capture services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data capture services based on captured images, and the provision of item content assets,<br \/>\nensuring alignment with common recipient requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing maintenance of existing item information upon Client\u2019s written request and provision<br \/>\nof updated packaging when applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Loading of captured content into the Item Management platform according to the<br \/>\nspecifications and limitations in Appendix A.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1WorldSync will provide CA remotely. Client will make the required resource(s) available to the<br \/>\n1WorldSync team for the duration of the CA service period and will provide the necessary content<br \/>\nassets and information to the 1WorldSync team in an accurate, complete and timely manner. Client<br \/>\nshall be responsible for approval of all item data and content provided by 1WorldSync as a part<br \/>\nof CA to ensure that it is accurate and complete prior to syndication with Client\u2019s Trading<br \/>\nPartners.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h5\">2<strong>. Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>Other Product Subscriptions<\/em>: Subscriptions with 1WorldSync to access IM are required for<br \/>\nCA.<\/p>\n<p><em>GS1 and GDSN Standards Adoption<\/em>: In order to use CA, Client must have correctly adopted<br \/>\nthe applicable GS1 product identification and measurement standards. Client is strongly advised<br \/>\nto review the applicable documentation from both GDSN Data Excellence, Inc. and Client\u2019s data<br \/>\nrecipients on the preparation of Content to be published to them.<\/p>\n<p><em>Data Entry<\/em>: CA requires that Client send all item content assets including but not<br \/>\nlimited to product specification sheets, label information, awards, certifications, to<br \/>\n1WorldSync via email.<\/p>\n<p><em>Image Capture<\/em>: Client will need to purchase Image Capture services separately from<br \/>\n1WorldSync.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ongoing Maintenance<\/em>: The CA service allows Client access up to one (1) hour of ongoing<br \/>\nmaintenance during the applicable annual period for every ten (10) GTINs purchased by Client.<br \/>\nThe ongoing maintenance shall permit addition of or changes to attributes during the applicable<br \/>\nannual period. Any additional ongoing maintenance shall be subject to a separate written<br \/>\narrangement with 1WorldSync.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Appendix A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This appendix details the specific elements of data and content that will be acquired,<br \/>\naggregated, and loaded into IM by the CA managed service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Images<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1WorldSync\u2019s Image Capture service (purchased separately) will capture the images most typically<br \/>\nrequired to support both instore and online sales. The images captured include:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CPG Items<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Front facing planogram image<\/li>\n<li>Six (6) straight on sides: Four (4) sides plus top and bottom for a total of six (6) images<br \/>\nat no plunge angle.<\/li>\n<li>Three (3) marketing angles: Plunge angle of approximately 20\u00b0 for front, left and right<br \/>\nviews. Left and right are at an approximate 15\u00b0 side angle.<\/li>\n<li>Ingredient\/ Nutrient label<\/li>\n<li>Barcode<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Foodservice Items<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One (1) closed case angle shot<\/li>\n<li>One (1) open case angle shot<\/li>\n<li>One (1) inner pack\/plastic bag of product angle shot<\/li>\n<li>One (1) raw product\/base unit angle shot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All images are delivered in .png format, with white backgrounds and manually drawn, vector based<br \/>\nclipping path.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Structured Data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The CA managed service is intended to account for the most commonly used attributes to support<br \/>\nbrick-n-mortar and online merchandising.
