\nits Permitted Usages.<\/p>\n

3D Model 3rd Party Recipient<\/h3>\n

3rd party recipient, such as a retailer, through direct file transfer as agreed by 1WorldSync and the

3D Models<\/h3>\n

3D modeling is the process of developing a mathematical coordinate-based representation of any
\nsurface of an object in three dimensions via specialized software by manipulating edges, vertices,
\nand polygons in a simulated 3D space.<\/p>\n

3rd Party Related Products<\/h3>\n

Accessory and\/or consumable product(s) a manufacturer produces that are specifically designed to be
\ncompatible with one or more product(s) another manufacturer produces, as opposed to Generic
\nAccessories.<\/p>\n

Bandwidth<\/h3>\n

The maximum number of deliverable requests 1WorldSync will review, research, and\/or send through to
\nbe created and\/or delivered per business day.<\/p>\n

    Reseller and\/or managed service provider that has an active ChannelOnline subscription with
    \n1WorldSync, and sells products and\/or services to End Customers through ChannelOnline.<\/p>\n

    ChannelOnline End Customer<\/h3>\n

    Entity that purchases products and\/or services from a ChannelOnline Customer.<\/p>\n

    ChannelOnline Supported Supplier<\/h3>\n

    Entity that provides products, inventory, pricing and\/or electronic ordering to a ChannelOnline
    \nCustomer through integration to the platform<\/p>\n

    ChannelSupply Client Customer<\/h3>\n

    Reseller and\/or managed service provider that is authorized to purchase products and\/or services from

    Client Acceptance<\/h3>\n

    Written indication or acknowledgement, which can be electronic, from the Client that it accepts the

    Client Catalog<\/h3>\n

    List of products the Client sells and is requesting service deliverables for.<\/p>\n

    Client Product Content<\/h3>\n

    Product information that Manufacturer uses to identify, market, or describe its Products, including
    \nwithout limitation, Attributes, product part numbers, product descriptions, marketing text,
    \nspecifications, HTML, graphics, media, ads, flash banners, public price catalogs, images, videos,
    \nkey selling points, user manuals, marketing materials, product tours, videos, Manufacturer
    \nattribution and mark distinction including logos, and other sales and marketing material and
    \ncreative assets related to Manufacturer products provided by or on behalf of the Manufacturer or
    \notherwise publicly available.<\/p>\n

    Client\u2019s Product<\/h3>\n

    A Client Product is defined as a single variation of a product or model (e.g. a single color of a
    \nparticular model of a shoe).<\/p>\n

    Compatible Accessories<\/h3>\n

    Products that are specifically designed to be compatible with one or more other product(s).
    \nThere are two (2) types of Compatible Accessories: 3rd Party Related Products and OEM Related
    \nProducts. \u00a0Generic Accessories are not considered Compatible Accessories.<\/p>\n

    Compatible Accessories Content<\/h3>\n

    Technical attributes with \u201csearchable\u201d and \u201ccomparable\u201d values that can be used to enable product
    \nclassification, parametric search or product comparison.<\/p>\n

    Content Build Requests<\/h3>\n

    1WorldSync spreadsheet template with product identification fields for Client to fill and submit to
    \ninitiate initial product content creation, transformation and delivery.<\/p>\n

    ContentCast Feed<\/h3>\n

    (AKA: Vendor Feed) Source files provided by Client that may contain structured data, Logo marketing
    \ncollateral, or qualifying parent product SKU lists.<\/p>\n

    ContentCast Logo Service<\/h3>\n

    A logo service designed to promote new technology and provide basic marketing information for the
    \npurpose of educating the consumers about but not limited to compatibility or embedded technology.<\/p>\n

    ContentCast Recipient<\/h3>\n

    A Recipient in 1WorldSync\u2019s ContentCast Recipient Network receiving ContentCast Product Data.<\/p>\n

    ContentCast Recipient Network<\/h3>\n

    (AKA: Supplier Network) Value-added resellers, distributors, e-tailers, shopping comparison sites,
    \nportal operators, resellers, retailers, manufacturers 1 and other third parties who use and\/or
    \nreceive and\/or who contribute to the Service.<\/p>\n

    Content Update Requests<\/h3>\n

    1WorldSync spreadsheet template with product identification fields for Client to fill and submit to
    \ninitiate updates to previously delivered product content.<\/p>\n

    Custom Content<\/h3>\n

    Unique, custom written product description and\/or marketing copy.<\/p>\n

    Custom Service Statement of Work (\u201cSOW\u201d)<\/h3>\n

    Document outlining the milestones and\/or deliverables, delivery schedule, pricing, and other
    \ninformation pertaining to custom work Client is contacting with 1WorldSync to perform.<\/p>\n

    Custom Training<\/h3>\n

    Customized web-based or on-site Client training, as defined by a Custom Service Statement Of
    \nWork.<\/p>\n

    DataSource Client Portal<\/h3>\n

    1WorldSync hosted portal that allows Clients to view, track and manage the DataSource Content they
    \nhave requested. Clients can monitor FTP activity, provide feedback on data-related issues, submit
    \nrequests to the Customer Support team, and access DataSource related documentation including
    \nFAQs.<\/p>\n

    DataSource Content<\/h3>\n

    Product information standardized in 1WorldSync\u2019s DataSource PDM format including but not limited to:<\/p>\n

      1WorldSync\u2019s indicator designating the DataSource Content build status and readiness for delivery for
      \na specific product.<\/p>\n

      DataSource Website Search\/Navigation Content<\/h3>\n

      Product content delivered with technical attribution and values that allows customers to enable
      \nfaceted searching, product comparisons and product classification on their eCommerce web site.<\/p>\n

      EPREL Product Information Sheet<\/h3>\n

      The energy efficiency product information related to the product in the format described by the 2021
      \nEU Energy Regulation updates, from the EPREL database.<\/p>\n

      Export\/Import Classification<\/h3>\n

      Classification codes applicable to a product, assigned by government agencies to designate whether an
      \nexport license is needed from a government agency, and\/or to identify if the product is subject to
      \nduties, taxes or tariffs.<\/p>\n

      Extranet<\/h3>\n

      EU Energy Label<\/h3>\n

      The 1WorldSync EU energy guide label that includes the energy letter classification and

      Product information a Retailer requires for setup of a new item in their internal system(s).<\/p>\n

                    Missing Information Request<\/h3>\n

                    Request to Client from 1WorldSync to provide product information required by the Retailer to complete
                    \ncontent delivery and acceptance of the item by the Retailer.<\/p>\n

                    Product SKUs that Client is requesting DataSource Content that 1WorldSync does not have existing
                    \nDataSource Content produced and ready for delivery at the time of the Client\u2019s request.\u00a0<\/s><\/p>\n

                    Client owned\/controlled, internal and\/or customer facing system(s), website(s), or portal(s), where

                    \n1WorldSync\u2019s service(s) included in the Client\u2019s Subscription Configuration as specified in the
                    \nService Details section of the Order Form.\u00a0 Client retains sole responsibility to determine

                      The energy efficiency product information related to the product.<\/p>\n

                      Recipient Portal<\/h3>\n

                      (AKA: Client Portal) means a web-based portal site maintained by 1WorldSync that is used for
                      \nContentCast Recipients in the 1WorldSync ContentCast Recipient Network to store content syndication
                      \nsettings, catalogs, partner account information and access reports .<\/p>\n

                      Retailer PartnerAccess Portal<\/h3>\n

                      The 1WorldSync web-based portal where Client can submit Content Build Requests and Content Update
                      \nRequests, and respond to Missing Information Requests.<\/p>\n

                      Service Configuration<\/h3>\n

                      Scope of service specified in the Service Details section of the Order Form.<\/p>\n

                      Subscription Configuration<\/h3>\n

                      Scope of service included as part of the Client\u2019s subscription(s) as specified in the Service Details
                      \nsection of the Order Form.<\/p>\n

                      Static License<\/h3>\n

                      A license for continued use over a certain term for content delivered to the Client by 1WorldSync
                      \nunder a prior subscription and under the same general terms and conditions applicable to such
                      \ncontent.<\/p>\n
