Overview<\/h2>\n<p>1WorldSync\u2019s DataSource offering enables the Client to receive <a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#datasource-content\">DataSource<br \/>\nContent<\/a> from 1WorldSync in 1WorldSync\u2019s proprietary Product Data Model (\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#datasource-pdm\">DataSource<br \/>\nPDM<\/a>\u201d) format, with a license for the Client to use the DataSource Content internally, on<br \/>\nits website(s), and\/or elsewhere, based on the <a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#permitted-usage\">Permitted<br \/>\nUsage<\/a>(s) of the Client\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#subscription-configuration\">Subscription<br \/>\nConfiguration<\/a>, throughout the duration of the Agreement. A <a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#static-license\">Static<br \/>\nLicense<\/a> for continued use of the DataSource Content delivered during the term of this<br \/>\nAgreement may be available to purchase separately upon termination of this Agreement.<\/p>\n<p>1WorldSync\u2019s DataSource offering consists of a core subscription, and may also include optional<br \/>\nsubscription add-ons, one (1) time setups, and recurring maintenance options.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-2-datasource-subscription-levels\" class=\"h5\">2. DataSource Subscription Levels<\/h2>\n<p>1WorldSync\u2019s DataSource Subscription is offered at two (2) levels: Standard and Premium.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Standard subscription level includes delivery of DataSource Content.<\/li>\n<li>The Premium subscription level includes DataSource Content plus a full set of searchable<br \/>\nattributes (where available).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Based on the Client\u2019s Subscription Configuration, 1WorldSync will deliver Standard or Premium<br \/>\nlevel content accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>For the duration of the Client\u2019s DataSource subscription, 1WorldSync will make available to the<br \/>\nClient all changes, modifications, and updates to the DataSource Content as it becomes available<br \/>\nwithin the 1WorldSync DataSource database.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-3-datasource-subscription-options\" class=\"h5\">3. DataSource Subscription Options<\/h2>\n<p>DataSource Content will be delivered to the Client based on either a \u201cpush\u201d or \u201cpull\u201d<br \/>\nmethodology, as listed in the Service Details section of the Order Form.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-push-subscriptions\" class=\"h6\">Push Subscriptions<\/h3>\n<p>DataSource Content will be delivered to the Client for a set number of <a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#stocked-skus\">Stocked SKUs<\/a>,<br \/>\nfor one or more suppliers, manufacturers, or product categories, in one or more markets, in one<br \/>\nor more languages, with optional additional information (such as MSRP where available), based on<br \/>\nthe Client\u2019s DataSource Subscription Configuration.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Push subscription types:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#supplier-based\">Supplier<br \/>\nBased<\/a> (1 supplier; includes supplier part # metamap)<\/li>\n<li>Supplier Based (all suppliers; includes all supplier part # meta mapping)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#category-based\">Category<br \/>\nBased<\/a> (for up to 30 categories or manufacturers)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#manufacturer-based\">Manufacturer<br \/>\nBased <\/a>(for up to 30 categories or manufacturers)<\/li>\n<li>Full Market Based (all Stocked SKUs 1WorldSync has available for the market)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Suppliers, Categories, and Manufacturers cannot be swapped during the term<br \/>\nof the Agreement without formally amending the Subscription Configuration. Additional fees may<br \/>\napply.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-pull-subscriptions\" class=\"h6\">Pull Subscriptions<\/h3>\n<p>DataSource Content will be delivered to the Client for a set number of products Client has<br \/>\nrequested via submission of its <a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#client-catalog\">Client<br \/>\nCatalog<\/a>, in one or more markets, in one or more languages, with optional subscription<br \/>\nadd-ons, depending upon the Client\u2019s Subscription Configuration.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pull subscription types:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#catalog-based\">Catalog<br \/>\nBased<\/a> (up to 10K Stocked SKUs\/<a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#non-stocked-skus\">Non-Stocked<br \/>\nSKUs<\/a> for Basic, up to 15K Stocked SKUs\/Non-Stocked SKUs for Premium; daily bandwidth<br \/>\n40 Non-Stocked SKUs per day)<\/li>\n<li>Restricted Catalog Based (unlimited Stocked SKUs)<\/li>\n<li>Niche Catalog Based (up to 4.5K Stocked SKUs\/Non-Stocked SKUs; daily bandwidth 15<br \/>\nNon-Stocked SKUs per day)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pull Subscriptions (except Restricted) are subject to a coverage study confirming a minimum of 70% of the requested SKUs already exist in DataSource.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Language(s)<\/strong><br \/>\n1WorldSync\u2019s DataSource Subscription includes delivery<br \/>\nof DataSource Content to the Client in the 1WorldSync\u2019s default language for the market(s)<br \/>\ncovered under the Client\u2019s Subscription Configuration. Delivery of DataSource Content in<br \/>\nadditional languages for the same market(s) (where available) can be included as part of the<br \/>\nClient\u2019s DataSource Subscription Configuration, as listed in the Service Details section of the<br \/>\nOrder Form. Example: DataSource Content for a US market subscription can be delivered in both US<br \/>\nEnglish and Spanish.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Permitted Use<\/strong><br \/>\nBasic level DataSource Subscriptions include a usage license<br \/>\nfor one (1) internal system, and one (1) customer facing system (website or customer portal) for<br \/>\nthe DataSource Content delivered to the Client during the Client\u2019s active subscription.<\/p>\n<p>Premium level DataSource Subscriptions include a usage license for up to four (4) internal<br \/>\nsystems and\/or customer facing systems (website or customer portal) for the DataSource Content<br \/>\ndelivered to the Client during the Client\u2019s active subscription.<\/p>\n<p>Additional <a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#permitted-usage\">Permitted<br \/>\nUsage<\/a> can be included as part of the Client\u2019s DataSource Subscription Configuration, as<br \/>\nlisted in the Service Details section of the Order Form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Supplier Catalog w\/ Supplier Part# Metamap<\/strong><br \/>\nFor Supplier based<br \/>\nDataSource Subscriptions, DataSource Content for additional supplier catalogs within the same<br \/>\nmarket can be included as part of the Client\u2019s DataSource Subscription Configuration, as listed<br \/>\nin the Service Details section of the Order Form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP)<\/strong><br \/>\nFor certain markets where<br \/>\n1WorldSync has Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (\u201cMSRP\u201d) available for the SKU, 1WorldSync<br \/>\ncan deliver MSRP as part of the DataSource Content. MSRP can be included as part of the Client\u2019s<br \/>\nDataSource Subscription Configuration, as listed in the Service Details section of the Order<br \/>\nForm.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-4-datasource-content-delivery\" class=\"h5\">4. DataSource Content Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Client has the option to choose one of the following standard delivery methods to receive<br \/>\nDataSource Content as part of its DataSource subscription.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Download.zip (activated by default) containing the necessary text based files to create and<br \/>\nmaintain a database of DataSource Content.<\/li>\n<li>Standard XML (must be specified in the Service Details section of the Order Form and options<br \/>\nconfirmed upon account setup)<\/li>\n<li>Standard XML + Download.zip<\/li>\n<li>Datasource Cloud API<\/li>\n<li>DataSource Cloud API + Download.zip (for<a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#datasource-website-search\"><br \/>\nDataSource Website Searc<\/a>h\/<a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#navigation-content\">Navigation<br \/>\nContent<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#compatible-accessories\">Compatible<br \/>\nAccessories<\/a>*)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*Compatible Accessories are only available when a DataSource Subscription \u2013 Compatible<br \/>\nAccessories Add On service is purchased.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Client must choose a method of delivery upon execution of the Agreement, however, Client may<br \/>\nrequest to switch to another standard delivery method during its active subscription term<br \/>\nwithout additional cost.<\/p>\n<p>1WorldSync will deliver a full file of DataSource Content to the Client upon execution of an<br \/>\nAgreement for a new DataSource Subscription or a DataSource Subscription upgrade, and then<br \/>\ndeliver DataSource Content for new products and product content updates on an incremental basis,<br \/>\naccording to the Client\u2019s desired cadence, as available from 1WorldSync.<\/p>\n<p>For Clients with Push DataSource Subscriptions, DataSource Content will be provided based on<br \/>\n1WorldSync\u2019s DataSource Product IDs.<\/p>\n<p>For Clients with Pull DataSource Subscriptions, DataSource Content will be provided based on the<br \/>\nClient\u2019s product IDs submitted to 1WorldSync in its <a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#product-catalog-file\">Product<br \/>\nCatalog File<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Units of Measure<\/strong><br \/>\nUnits of measure elements within the DataSource Content will<br \/>\nbe delivered in either metric or imperial format depending on the norm for the market(s) that<br \/>\nare part of the Client\u2019s DataSource Subscription Configuration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Language Coding Format<br \/>\n<\/strong>By default, DataSource Content will be delivered in<br \/>\nWindows encoded format. DataSource Content may be delivered in UTF-8 or UTF-16 format if desired<br \/>\nand included in Client\u2019s DataSource Subscription Configuration.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-5-datasource-subscription-add-ons\" class=\"h5\">5. DataSource Subscription Add Ons<\/h2>\n<p>Clients can purchase additional data sets and\/or increase their Stocked\/Non-Stocked SKUs<br \/>\nallowance, as separate add on services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DataSource Subscription \u2013 Extended Specs Add On<\/strong><br \/>\nIn addition to the DataSource<br \/>\nContent delivered under the Client\u2019s DataSource Subscription, 1WorldSync will provide Client a<br \/>\nset of related tables containing all available technical characteristics of the products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DataSource Subscription \u2013 Compatible Accessories Add On<\/strong><br \/>\nIn addition to the<br \/>\nDataSource Content delivered under the Client\u2019s DataSource Subscription, 1WorldSync can provide<br \/>\ncompatible accessories information to the Client as part of its DataSource Subscription \u2013<br \/>\nCompatible Accessories Add On service.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">There are four (4) options available for this add on<br \/>\nservice:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mapping of <a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#oem-related-products\">OEM<br \/>\nRelated Products<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Mapping of OEM Related Products and <a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#3rd-party-related-products\">3rd<br \/>\nParty Related Products<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Compatibility rules for manufacturer\u2019s compatible accessories to its product lines and\/or<br \/>\nmodels, based on 1WorldSync\u2019s PDM mapping (aka: OEM compatibility rules).<\/li>\n<li>Compatibility rules for manufacturer\u2019s compatible accessories plus third party compatible<br \/>\naccessories to the manufacturer\u2019s product lines and\/or models, based on DataSource PDM<br \/>\nmapping (aka: OEM + 3rd party compatibility rules).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For all of these options, 1WorldSync will provide Client a set of related tables containing<br \/>\ncompatibility links.<\/p>\n<p>Compatibility rules are available only for accessories designed or marketed specifically for use<br \/>\nwith compatible product lines\/models, as opposed to generic accessories. <strong>NOTE<\/strong>:<br \/>\nThe mapping will be provided based on 1WorldSync\u2019s DataSource Product IDs, based on DataSource<br \/>\nPDM mapping regardless of whether the Client\u2019s DataSource Subscription is push or pull type.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DataSource Subscription \u2013 Meta-mapping Add On<\/strong><br \/>\nAvailable for Clients with push<br \/>\nDataSource Subscriptions only, in addition to the <a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#main-specifications\">Main<br \/>\nSpecifications<\/a> provided as part of the DataSource Content delivered under the Client\u2019s<br \/>\nDataSource Subscription, 1WorldSync will provide Client a data set of one or more supplier part<br \/>\nnumber (where available), when a DataSource Subscription \u2013 Meta-mapping Add On service is<br \/>\npurchased.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DataSource \u2013 Content Creation and Delivery<\/strong><br \/>\nClients with pull DataSource<br \/>\nSubscriptions can increase the amount of Stocked SKUs\/Non-Stocked SKUs associated with their<br \/>\nDataSource Subscription by purchasing an additional lot of StockedSKUs\/Non-Stocked SKUs under<br \/>\n1WorldSync\u2019s DataSource \u2013 Content Creation and Delivery service offering.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DataSource Subscription \u2013 UNSPSC Classification Add On<\/strong><br \/>\nIn addition to the<br \/>\nDataSource Content delivered under the Client\u2019s DataSource Subscription, 1WorldSync will provide<br \/>\nClient UNSPSC commodity code and name where available for the SKUs, when a DataSource<br \/>\nSubscription \u2013 UNSPSC Classification Add On service is purchased.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: By default, 1WorldSync will provide the latest version of the UNSPSC<br \/>\ncommodity code and description, unless otherwise specified in the Special Terms section of the<br \/>\nOrder Form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DataSource Subscription \u2013 Export Information Add On<\/strong><br \/>\nIn addition to the Main<br \/>\nSpecifications provided as part of the DataSource Content delivered under the Client\u2019s<br \/>\nDataSource Subscription, 1WorldSync will provide Client <a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#export-import-classification\">Export\/Import<br \/>\nClassification<\/a> information (where available), when a DataSource Subscription \u2013 Export<br \/>\nInformation Add On service is purchased.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Export\/Import classifications available:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ECCN<\/li>\n<li>EU ECCN<\/li>\n<li>HTS<\/li>\n<li>UK Trade Tariff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"pim-add-on\">Note: By default, 1WorldSync will provide the latest version of the<br \/>\nExport\/Import classification chosen, unless otherwise specified in the Special Terms section of<br \/>\nthe Order Form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DataSource Subscription \u2013 Partial Content Delivery Add On<\/strong><br \/>\n1WorldSync will<br \/>\ndeliver partially built out DataSource Content to Client when Client has purchased the<br \/>\nDataSource Subscription \u2013 Partial Content Delivery Add On.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DataSource Subscription \u2013 PIM Add On<\/strong><br \/>\n1WorldSync will provide a full attribute<br \/>\ndata feed that includes all attributes delivered as they were initially captured by 1WorldSync.<br \/>\nThe data feed is augmented with additional information that will help the Client interpret the<br \/>\ndelivered attribution. This option is only available to customers with a DataSource Premium<br \/>\nSubscription.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PIM Type: <\/strong>Akeneo<br \/>\n1WorldSync will maintain a<br \/>\nPIM Connector service (the \u201cService\u201d) that regularly synchronizes with the Client Akeneo system<br \/>\n(the \u201cAkeneo Instance\u201d).<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The Service updates the Akeneo Instance with new or updated product content. This service<br \/>\nruns once a day during night hours.<\/li>\n<li>The Service will also send to 1WorldSync content creation requests for new products having<br \/>\nthe necessary information (i.e. the Client sku identifier, manufacturer\/brand, part number,<br \/>\netc.). This additional service is only available for Clients with pull DataSource<br \/>\nSubscriptions and runs several times during business hours.<\/li>\n<li>The client acknowledges that:\n<ol>\n<li>Maintenance operations by 1WorldSync may cause product content updates or product<br \/>\nrequest collection to occur outside the usual hours.<\/li>\n<li>Insufficient, restricted, or otherwise degraded access to the Akeneo Instance may<br \/>\nincur additional charges, and may cause interruptions to the product request<br \/>\ncollection and content delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Any new feature or feature update requested by the Client will be available to all<br \/>\nother 1WorldSync customers.<\/li>\n<li>During normal operation the Service creates, modifies and deletes a high number of<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#pim-entities\">PIM<br \/>\nEntities<\/a>; it is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that any system<br \/>\nthat depends on the Akeneo Instance, as well as the Akeneo Instance itself, handles<br \/>\nthe absence of (or modifications to) these entities gracefully.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>While the Service supports delivery of any number of DataSource languages to the Client provided list of Akeneo channels, it does not support multiple language\/channel combinations.<\/li>\n<li>The Service will only be offered to supported PIM providers on supported versions as defined<br \/>\nin the table below:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\">\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">PIM Provider<\/td>\n<td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Supported Editions<\/td>\n<td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Supported Versions<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Akeneo<\/td>\n<td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">CE, GE, EE, Flexibility,<br \/>\nSerenity<\/td>\n<td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">All supported versions as per<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/help.akeneo.com\/pim\/serenity\/supported-versions-table.html\">Akeneo<br \/>\nPIM product support dates<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n<p><strong>PIM Type: <\/strong>Stibo<br \/>\nThe 1WorldSync Stibo<br \/>\nsubscription delivers DataSource content as XML batches that can be loaded into a Stibo STEP PIM<br \/>\ninstance. Each file is self-sufficient as it defines the full set of localized resources (model,<br \/>\nassets, product links etc.) that each product in a batch references.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DataSource Subscription \u2013 PIM Delivery Maintenance<br \/>\nSubscription<\/strong><br \/>\nThis subscription can only be activated with the PIM Add On.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DataSource Subscription \u2013 Product Catalog Mapping Add On<\/strong><br \/>\nThe<br \/>\nProduct Catalog Mapping tool\u2019s primary purpose is to enable the mapping of Client\u2019s Catalog(s)<br \/>\nof SKUs to 1WorldSync Stocked SKUs. In addition, the Product Catalog Mapping provides clients<br \/>\nwith the capabilities for product filtering, coverage reports and the ability to match Client<br \/>\nSKUs that are available in 1WorldSync Catalog to the Client\u2019s account. From the tool the Client<br \/>\ncan request new SKUs for production based on the Client\u2019s current subscription. 1WorldSync will<br \/>\nprovide access to the Product Catalog Mapping tool via the DataSource Client Portal.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-6-datasource-client-portal\" class=\"h5\">6. DataSource Client Portal<\/h2>\n<p>Upon activation of the Service(s), Client will be given access to the 1WorldSync\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/1worldsync.com\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#datasource-client-portal\">DataSource<br \/>\nClient Portal<\/a> (aka: the Extranet). Client may access technical and support information<br \/>\nincluding without limitation: FAQ\u2019s, technical information, help information, etc.; view list of<br \/>\nDataSource Content available, production status, delivery information; and submit quality<br \/>\nclaims. Client credentials for access to the Extranet shall not be revealed to anyone other than<br \/>\nthe authorized user in which credentials have been provided to, and Client is solely responsible<br \/>\nfor maintaining the confidentiality of its credentials.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-7-contentconnector-support\" class=\"h5\">7. ContentConnector Support<\/h2>\n<p>1WorldSync will make available to Client a Java based application that can be utilized by the<br \/>\nClient to automate the data exchanges between 1WorldSync and the Client\u2019s systems<br \/>\n(\u201cContentConnector\u201d). The ContentConnector can be used by the Client to create tables that align<br \/>\nwith the 1WorldSync DataSource schema on the Client\u2019s database. Using these tables on the<br \/>\nClient\u2019s database, the Client can request and receive 1WorldSync DataSource Content. If the<br \/>\nContent Connector does not meet the data integration requirements of the Client, the Client can<br \/>\nengage with 1WorldSync for professional services, for an additional fee based on a defined scope<br \/>\nof work.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-8-modification-of-the-datasource-content-delivery-file-structure\" class=\"h5\">8.<br \/>\nModification of the DataSource Content Delivery File Structure<\/h2>\n<p>1WorldSync\u2019s PDM may evolve over time at 1WorldSync\u2019s sole discretion and option. This evolution<br \/>\ncan result in modifications or changes to the contents of the structure of the treated files<br \/>\ntransmitted by 1WorldSync to Client. 1WorldSync will keep Client informed of its intention to<br \/>\nmodify the treated files and will provide Client with at least sixty (60) days advance notice of<br \/>\nany such modification to enable Client to make the necessary modifications to its own internal<br \/>\nsystems to accept these modifications. If Client does not wish to modify its own internal<br \/>\nsystems, 1WorldSync undertakes to continue to furnish it, for a period of least six (6) months<br \/>\nfrom the date of notice of intention to change, the treated files in the same format and<br \/>\nstructure as before the modification.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-9-support-levels\" class=\"h5\">9.
