This Product Description describes the functionality and usage requirements to provide Client
\nwith Digital Catalog for suppliers and recipients. This Product Description forms part of the
\nContract to provide Client with Digital Catalog, as further described herein. Capitalized terms
\nused but not defined herein have the definitions assigned to them in the 1WorldSync General
\nTerms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

1. Services<\/h2>\n

Digital Catalog provides suppliers with the ability to render their own Digital Catalog(s),
\nmobilizing the product content already organized in the Item Management platform and enables the
\nseamless creation of selling sheets, catalogs, slicks and other digital sales aids to help drive
\nglobal sales. Digital Catalog will allow either internal or external business users to search,
\nbrowse and download basic product content that has been made available in the 1WorldSync Digital
\nCatalog environment. Control of the product content displayed in Digital Catalog is solely at
\nthe discretion of the supplier as the Digital Catalog will only display product content that the
\nsupplier has published to it.<\/p>\n

2. Additional Terms<\/h2>\n

Should Client elect to send Content to 1WorldSync for use with Digital Catalog (\u201cDigital Catalog
\nContent\u201d), Client hereby grants 1WorldSync the right to store this Content within the 1WorldSync
\nSystem, which includes cloud-based servers managed by third parties, from which that Content
\nwill be accessible for viewing and download via unique product URLs that 1WorldSync will assign.
\nClient may then choose to provide these product URLs to its employees, trading partners and
\nothers so they may access the Digital Catalog Content. Client understands that although each
\nunique product URL will be a complex Web address, these URLs will not be secured or encrypted.
\nThus, any third party that is able to determine the product URL will be able to access, view and
\ndownload any Digital Catalog Content associated with it.<\/p>\n

3. Implementation<\/h2>\n

Implementation support is required for utilization of Digital Catalog. This implementation work
\nshall be set forth in a separate Statement of Work with 1WorldSync and requires the payment of
\nadditional fees.<\/p>\n
