This includes communications and interactions in your professional capacity and does not cover situations where you interact only with Syndigo\u2019s customers or use products or services provided by them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A third-party partner shares your Personal Data with us, or we receive it through a referral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the scope of this Notice, Syndigo is the business that makes the decisions about the processing of your Personal Data (also known as the \u201cdata controller\u201d or \u201cbusiness\u201d), unless expressly specified otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Notice does not cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Information collected by our customers who use our products<\/strong>: We host the data related to our customers\u2019 clients for our customers (and for which we act as a \u201cdata processor\u201d or \u201cservice provider\u201d) via our product applications. Like many companies, however, we use services that help deliver interest-based ads to you or analyze our Sites traffic and we share your Personal Data with these business partners for this purpose and their use. Making Personal Data (such as online identifiers or browsing activity) available to these companies is considered a \u201csale\u201d under applicable data protection and privacy laws. If you would like to opt out of the sale of your Personal Data that take place via cookies and other online tracking technologies, you can learn how&nbsp;<a href=\"#right-to-opt-out\">below<\/a>&nbsp;in the Privacy Rights section of this Notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may disclose your Personal Data to the extent required by law or if we have a good-faith belief that we need to disclose it to comply with official investigations or legal proceedings (whether initiated by governmental\/law enforcement officials, or private parties). This means that your Personal Data is primarily stored by us and our service providers in the U.S. However, we operate globally through our affiliates, subsidiaries, and services providers. This means that we may store and transfer your Personal Data to our affiliates, subsidiaries, and service providers who are in different countries if it is relevant for the delivery of our Services and products, or applicable for business operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note if you are located in the EU: <\/em>Some of our service providers and affiliates are located outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area. In some cases, the European Commission may have determined the data protection laws of some countries provide a level of protection equivalent to European Union law.
