1. Client Rich Content Pages<\/h2>\n

Client shall be granted access to the 1WorldSync ContentCast Client Portal to import Client Rich
\nContent and create Rich Content Client product content page(s) (\u201cClient Rich Content Page(s)\u201d) based
\non the Rich Content Template Page. Client may add and\/or edit Client Rich Content. 1WorldSync may
\nmake the Client Rich Content Pages available to the 1WorldSync Network through the 1WorldSync
\nservices. Each unique Client Rich Content Page shall count as a new page for the purpose of this
\nservice. Multiple Client product part numbers may be associated to a page at no additional charge,
\nexcept where specific recipients require pages to be specific to a single part number. There shall
\nbe no fee for any updates to the existing Client Rich Content Pages if done by the Client. However,
\nany updates to existing Client Rich Content Pages by 1WorldSync at Client\u2019s request shall be subject
\nto an additional fee under 1WorldSync\u2019s Rich Content Page Creation Service.<\/p>\n

2. Selected Market Syndication<\/h2>\n

Client may access the 1WorldSync ContentCast Client Portal to import Client Rich Content and create a
\nset number of Client Rich Content Pages in accordance with the Client\u2019s Subscription Configuration
\nas specified in the Order Form. Client may add and\/or edit Client Rich Content. 1WorldSync may make
\nthe Client Rich Content Pages available to the 1WorldSync Network through the 1WorldSync services in
\nthe selected Market.<\/p>\n

3.Selected Recipient Syndication<\/h2>\n

*Available for certain selected Market only<\/p>\n

Client may access the 1WorldSync ContentCast Client Portal to import Client Rich Content to create a
\nset number of Client Rich Content Pages in accordance with the Client\u2019s Subscription Configuration
\nas specified in the applicable Order Form. Client may add and\/or edit Client Rich Content.
\n1WorldSync may make the Client Rich Content Pages available to the Recipient(s) set forth in the
\nOrder Form.<\/p>\n

4. Custom Client Feed Processing Setup<\/h2>\n

As an Add-on Service, Client may purchase a special formatting service which includes setup and
\nmapping of custom data feeds provided by the Client.<\/p>\n

5. Custom Client Feed Processing<\/h2>\n

As an Add-on Service, Client may purchase a special formatting service which includes processing and
\nmaintenance of the Client Data Feed in the format mutually agreed upon by the Parties. Changes to
\nthe feed or feed format may result in additional Fees.<\/p>\n

6. Rich Content Page Creation<\/h2>\n

For Client\u2019s pages that are already in syndication as of the Effective Date, and upon Client\u2019s
\nrequest and 1WorldSync\u2019s approval (email acceptable), 1WorldSync will assist in creating the Client
\nRich Content Pages for such product, including up to two rounds of revisions performed by 1WorldSync
\nfor an additional fee as part of 1WorldSync\u2019s Rich Content Page Creation Add-on Service. Any other
\nClient Rich Content Pages will be created by Client directly through the ContentCast system.<\/p>\n

7. Recipient Specific Rich Content Page<\/h2>\n

Special content format for the Client Rich Content Page which complies with Recipient\u2019s requirements.
\nClient is solely responsible to comply with all applicable Recipient technical and legal
\nrequirements in relation to the Recipient format.<\/p>\n

8. Additional Pages<\/h2>\n

For an additional fee, Client can increase the number of pages associated with its Subscription
\nConfiguration through an additional, mutually executed order form or amendment.<\/p>\n

9. Support Levels<\/h2>\n

1WorldSync will make its Help Center<\/a> and
\nSilver Level Support<\/strong> available to Client to assist with setup and service use. Custom
\nTraining<\/a> and\/or enhanced level support (Gold level) can be purchased for an additional fee.<\/p>\n

Silver<\/h3>\n

Includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Portal self service with dedicated support team<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Up to 20 Support Case submissions per month<\/strong>, via the completion of a 1WS
    \nSupport Form<\/li>\n
  • Help Center availability including documentation & FAQ<\/li>\n
  • Online webinar training for ContentCast, Datasource, PartnerAccess, Item Management Overview and
    \nTroubleshooting Using Item Management included with purchase of corresponding service<\/li>\n
  • Telephone escalation procedures for serious system outages<\/li>\n
  • Standard system reporting and production \/ consumption dashboard as applicable by service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Gold<\/h3>\n
