This Product Description forms part of the Agreement to provide<br \/>\nCompany with the DSD Services. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the<br \/>\ndefinitions assigned to them in the 1WorldSync DSD Services Agreement.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h5\">1. Capabilities<\/h2>\n<p>The DSD Services provide a complete solution for Product Information Management and Global Data<br \/>\nSynchronization Network (GDSN) participation by suppliers, recipients, and middle-tier parties.<br \/>\nCompany can easily manage product information and related digital content, comply with GDSN and<br \/>\ngovernmental standards, assure the quality of your product data and automate the process from<br \/>\nthe creation to syndication.<\/p>\n<p>The following are key features and capabilities provided by the DSD Services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aggregates all product information submitted into the Software to provide a single location<br \/>\nfor disparate information.<\/li>\n<li>Browser based product information management which allows users to search and browse,<br \/>\nmaintain item attributes as well as launch messages to the 1Worldsync Item Management<br \/>\nPlatform directly from Company\u2019s browser.<\/li>\n<li>The DSD Services support all GDSN Validation rules, to ensure GS1 Compliance. Additionally,<br \/>\nthe functionality allows for users to define their own validations to run against their data<br \/>\nbased on internal processes and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Manages the choreography of messaging between application and datapool, including errors and<br \/>\nwarnings.<\/li>\n<li>The administrative capabilities provide super users \/ administrators the ability to<br \/>\nconfigure DSD to best fit the organization\u2019s needs.<\/li>\n<li>Event driven workflow management:\n<ul>\n<li>Enables collaborative approach to collecting product data as well as enabling an<br \/>\napproval process.<\/li>\n<li>Both concurrent and linear workflows to assure data governance and quality<br \/>\nassurance. DSD can be configured to ensure that the appropriate stakeholders within<br \/>\nCompany are initiating or reacting to the process steps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The DSD Services extend your Item-of-Record to support additional GTIN attributes required<br \/>\nby GDSN standards and non-GDSN requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Supplier Dashboard which provides a real-time view of key performance indicators and other<br \/>\ncritical data. Drill-down capability is built-in to allow users to click on any key metric<br \/>\nand view the search results within Quick Browse Standalone.<\/li>\n<li>Workflow management that provides event notifications when new items or updates to existing<br \/>\nitems are published. Other events can be triggered to collaborate with internal team members<br \/>\non a specified item<\/li>\n<li>Export capability that allows GDSN compliant data to be integrated into recipient backend<br \/>\nsystems.<\/li>\n<li>Clone functionality that provides the capability for you as a data recipient to clone the<br \/>\nGTIN data and assign your Information Provider GLN in LDSD and publish from LDSD to your<br \/>\ndata recipients.<\/li>\n<li>Integrates with backend systems, providing capabilities to map \/ translate data from<br \/>\nmultiple sources, as well as various formats (XML, flat file, CSV, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applicable to supplier and recipient organizations, as well as middle-tier parties, the DSD<br \/>\nServices provide a full suite of capabilities in support of full end-to-end product information<br \/>\nmanagement.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"therms1\" class=\"h5\">2. Implementation Options<\/h2>\n<p>Implementation support may be required for utilization of the DSD Services. This implementation<br \/>\nwork shall be set forth in a separate Statement of Work with 1WorldSync and requires the payment<br \/>\nof additional fees.<\/p>\n<p>For clarification, 1WorldSync supports three (3) infrastructure models on which to implement the<br \/>\nData Sync Direct application, these are:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Physical Infrastructure managed by Company<\/span>.<br \/>\nThis includes physical servers that are in the custody of and managed by Company. For use of<br \/>\nthis infrastructure, Company is responsible for all costs and maintenance activity related<br \/>\nto the hardware and associated software i.e., operating system, database, etc. Additionally,<br \/>\nCompany is responsible for providing access to the hardware to 1WorldSync resources for the<br \/>\npurpose of implementation.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Virtual hardware environment managed by<br \/>\nCompany<\/span>. This includes virtual machines that are configured and managed by<br \/>\nCompany running on private infrastructure or hosted in a cloud environment. For use of this<br \/>\ninfrastructure, Company is responsible for all costs and maintenance activity related to the<br \/>\nhosting, if applicable, hardware and associated software i.e., operating system, database,<br \/>\netc. Additionally, Company is responsible for providing access to the hardware environment<br \/>\nto 1WorldSync resources for the purpose of implementation.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Virtual hardware environment managed by<br \/>\n1WorldSync<\/span>. This includes virtual machines that are configured and managed by<br \/>\n1WorldSync in a cloud environment. For use of this infrastructure, 1WorldSync is responsible<br \/>\nfor all maintenance activity related to the hardware and associated software i.e., operating<br \/>\nsystem, database, etc. Fees associated with the hosting environment are the responsibility<br \/>\nof 1WorldSync but are included in the licensing and associated fees proposed by 1WorldSync<br \/>\nto Company. 1WorldSync is responsible for providing access to the hardware environment to<br \/>\nCompany resources for the purpose of implementation and use of the application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"therms2\" class=\"h5\">3. Requirements<\/h2>\n<p>In order to use the DSD Services, Company must have correctly adopted the applicable validations,<br \/>\nproduct identification and attribute standards to support their intended product data<br \/>\nsyndication methods i.e., GDSN, recipient proprietary, etc. Company is strongly advised to<br \/>\nreview the applicable documentation for selected the product data syndication methods and<br \/>\nCompany\u2019s data recipients on the preparation of product content to be published to them.<br \/>\nFurthermore, Company must maintain the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Databases:\n<ul>\n<li>SQL Server 2016 or higher<\/li>\n<li>Oracle 12C or higher<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Operating Systems:\n<ul>\n<li>MS Server 2021 or 2016<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"therms3\" class=\"h5\">4.<strong> Data and Content Maintenance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The DSD Services allow Company to aggregate and maintain its content via the web user interface<br \/>\nprovided as part of the DSD Services. For syndication, product data and associated content will<br \/>\nbe delivered to the 1WorldSync Item Management platform via machine-to-machine messaging. Access<br \/>\nto the Item Management Platform shall be subject to a separate written agreement between the<br \/>\nParties. If Company desires to provide its data through multiple nodes or AS2 connections,<br \/>\nCompany will be required to contract and pay for additional Professional Services. Upon<br \/>\nCompany\u2019s request, 1WorldSync will provide Company with a custom quote and Statement of Work for<br \/>\nsuch Professional Services. Additionally, company is responsible for integrity of data and<br \/>\ncontent, as persisted on the Software. To enable machine-to-machine messaging to the 1WorldSync<br \/>\nsystem, one or more protocols may be used. These can include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Data and Content Distribution to Proprietary End-points<\/strong> \u2013 Product content<br \/>\nis shared with recipients by a variety of mechanisms, based on recipient specific<br \/>\nrequirements. These mechanisms may include, for example, AS2, REST API, UI File Downloads,<br \/>\nor other means of electronic transmission of data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>AS2<\/strong> \u2013 Users using the Applicability Statement 2 \u201cAS2\u201d standard for<br \/>\ncommunications must adhere to the following rules:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Multiple, simultaneous (close in time) business transactions for a given company<br \/>\nmust be sent via batch messages and not in multiple, individual messages. The<br \/>\nmaximum number of documents allowed in a single XML message is 1000. Sending XML<br \/>\nmessages of a specific type (for example, Catalog Request) must not be any more<br \/>\nfrequent than once every 5 minutes unless the message contains at least 1000<br \/>\ndocuments.<\/li>\n<li>The \u201clistener\u201d endpoint must be running during processing of messages until all<br \/>\ntransactions are processed and reconciled. (The AS2 \u201clistener\u201d is the client-side<br \/>\nsoftware\/routine that waits for the response message and prevents inadvertent Denial<br \/>\nof Service attacks that may result in deactivation.)<\/li>\n<li>Users must provide around the clock (24 x 7) technical phone contact<\/li>\n<li>Users must use an AS2 solution that is certified by DGI (Drummond Group Inc.)<\/li>\n<li>No more than 10 concurrent connections are allowed.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to use publicly available hostnames (not IP addresses).<\/li>\n<li>When sending an asynchronous message and receive a HTTP 200 response but no MDN,<br \/>\nwait at least an hour to retry sending the message again. The number of retries<br \/>\nshould be limited to 3.<\/li>\n<li>The maximum file size or XML message size is 75MB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"therms5\" class=\"h5\">5. Support<\/h2>\n<p><em>Technical Call Center<\/em>. 1WorldSync provides technical support for data loading issues,<br \/>\nerror-management, and transactional functions not available externally at 1-866-280-4013 or via<br \/>\nemail at <a href=\"mailto:technicalsupport@1worldsync.com\">technicalsupport@1worldsync.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Administrative<br \/>\nand Billing Support<\/em>. For administrative and billing issues, please contact 1WorldSync<br \/>\ncustomer support at 1-866-280-4013 or at <a href=\"mailto:businesssupport@1worldsync.com\">businesssupport@1worldsync.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Online<br \/>\nDocumentation and Reference<\/em>. All 1WorldSync customers receive access to 1WorldSync\u2019s<br \/>\nproprietary online reference library, known as the 1WorldSync Solution Center. Access is limited<br \/>\nto individuals who have been registered by 1WorldSync as authorized users of the 1WorldSync<br \/>\nSystem. The 1WorldSync Solution Center can be found on the 1WorldSync website at <a href=\"\/\">www.1worldsync.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"therms5\" class=\"h5\">6. Implementation and Training<\/h2>\n<p>As part of the DSD Services, Company will receive access to 1WorldSync-sponsored web seminars<br \/>\nthat provide basic training related to 1WorldSync applications. Company will also be assigned a<br \/>\n1WorldSync implementation project manager, who will be Company\u2019s single point of contact as<br \/>\nrelated to the implementation process.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"therms5\" class=\"h5\">7. Test Environment<\/h2>\n<p>Company will receive access to 1WorldSync Item Management test environment as needed in<br \/>\naccordance with its usage of the DSD Services and the 1WorldSync platform to send data to other<br \/>\ntrading partners via GDSN and other Connectors.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"therms5\" class=\"h5\">8.
