class=\"wp-block-ws-layout-column col-8\">\n<p>1WorldSync\u2019s PartnerAccess offering is a hosted platform service where Clients can submit, view,<br \/>\nand provide<br \/>\nupdates to <a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#client-product-content\">Client<br \/>\nProduct<br \/>\nContent<\/a> through 1WorldSync\u2019s <a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#partneraccess-client-portal\">PartnerAccess<br \/>\nClient Portal <\/a>or through an agreed upon feed, for incorporation into 1WorldSync<br \/>\nServices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PartnerAccess Subscription Levels <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1WorldSync\u2019s PartnerAccess Subscription is offered at two (2) levels: Standard and Premium.<\/p>\n<p>1) The Standard subscription level enables Client to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>View 1WorldSync\u2019s <a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#datasource-content\">DataSource<br \/>\nContent<\/a><br \/>\nfor its products based on the <a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#service-configuration\">Service<br \/>\nConfiguration<\/a> of the Agreement.<\/li>\n<li>View <a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#datasource-production-status\">DataSource<br \/>\nProduction Status<\/a> for its products, based on the Service Configuration of the<br \/>\nAgreement.<\/li>\n<li>Manually enter or <a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#bulk-upload\">Bulk<br \/>\nUpload<\/a> Client Product Content for its products 1WorldSync has not been able to<br \/>\ngather complete<br \/>\nDataSource Content for (\u201c<strong>On Hold SKUs<\/strong>\u201d).\u00a0 This helps to ensure that<br \/>\nDataSource Content<br \/>\nfor the product(s) becomes available for dissemination to 1WorldSync\u2019s DataSource<br \/>\ncustomers.<\/li>\n<li>Submit <a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#datasource-content-correction-requests\">DataSource<br \/>\nContent Correction Request<\/a>s for product Technical Specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2) The Premium subscription level enables Client to do everything included in the Standard<br \/>\nsubscription level<br \/>\noffering, plus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manually enter or Bulk Upload Client Product Content for new or existing products.\u00a0 New<br \/>\nproduct<br \/>\nsubmissions will trigger DataSource Content production for the products if not already<br \/>\nstarted and\/or<br \/>\ncompleted.<\/li>\n<li>Submit DataSource Content Correction Requests to 1WorldSync\u2019s for all Client Product<br \/>\nContent.<\/li>\n<li>Identify <a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#compatible-accessories\">Compatible<br \/>\nAccessories<\/a> for its products.<\/li>\n<li>Set product Content Dissemination Schedules for recipients of 1WorldSync\u2019s DataSource<br \/>\nContent based on the<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#service-configuration\">Service<br \/>\nConfiguration<\/a> of the Agreement.<\/li>\n<li>View <a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#datasource-dissemination-information\">Datasource<br \/>\nDissemination Information<\/a> for its products based on the Service Configuration of the<br \/>\nAgreement, and<br \/>\nfor which 1WorldSync is authorized to share such information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Depending on the Client\u2019s PartnerAccess Service Configuration as listed in<br \/>\nthe Service<br \/>\nDetails section(s) of the Order Form, Standard and Premium level subscriptions can include one<br \/>\nor more Client<br \/>\nbrands, in one or more geographical markets.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"therms1\" class=\"h5\">2.PartnerAccess Subscription \u2013 Client Feed Add On<\/h2>\n<p>As an additional add-on service to a Client\u2019s PartnerAccess Subscription, Client can engage with<br \/>\n1WorldSync to<br \/>\naccept Client Product Content via a customized product feed.\u00a0 A one-time setup fee may be<br \/>\nrequired in<br \/>\naddition to the recurring PartnerAccess Subscription \u2013 Client Feed Add On service<br \/>\noffering.\u00a0 The specific<br \/>\ndetails of the custom feed will be detailed in the Service Details section of the Order Form.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"therms2\" class=\"h5\">3.Access To PartnerAccess Client Portal<\/h2>\n<p>Standard level subscriptions allow for one (1) individual to have access to the <a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#partneraccess-client-portal\">PartnerAccess<br \/>\nClient Portal<\/a>.\u00a0Premium level subscriptions include an unlimited number of<br \/>\nindividuals that can<br \/>\naccess the PartnerAccess Client Portal.<\/p>\n<p>Access to the PartnerAccess Client Portal requires a login and password.<\/p>\n<p>1WorldSync will provide a username and initial password to access the PartnerAccess Client Portal<br \/>\nto the Client<br \/>\nSignee of this Agreement (\u201c<strong>Master User<\/strong>\u201d).\u00a0 The Master User must login and<br \/>\naccept the<br \/>\n<strong>Click-Wrap Terms of Retailer PartnerAccess Portal Use<\/strong> to activate the account,<br \/>\nand can then add<br \/>\nother users (employees, agents, or contractors of Client) to the Client\u2019s account as desired<br \/>\n(\u201c<strong>Additional Authorized Users<\/strong>\u201d).\u00a0 For the sake of clarity, a User is one<br \/>\nindividual from<br \/>\none computer unless otherwise agreed between the parties.<\/p>\n<p>Users should change the initial password provided by 1WorldSync upon initial login to the<br \/>\nPartnerAccess Client<br \/>\nPortal.<\/p>\n<p>Client is responsible for the use of the password to gain access to the PartnerAccess Client<br \/>\nPortal, whether that<br \/>\nuse is by a User to whom that password is allocated or any other person.\u00a0 Any act or<br \/>\nomission by a User in<br \/>\nrespect of accessing the PartnerAccess Client Portal will be an act or omission of the Client<br \/>\n(irrespective of<br \/>\nwhether Client authorized or permitted that act or omission). Client must take all reasonable<br \/>\nprecautions to<br \/>\nensure that the passwords provided to Users are kept confidential and must immediately notify<br \/>\n1WorldSync in<br \/>\nwriting if it believes that a password has been disclosed to any person other than the Users.<br \/>\nClient must use,<br \/>\nand must ensure that the Users use, the PartnerAccess Client Portal in good faith, and comply<br \/>\nwith the Terms and<br \/>\nConditions and all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations in all jurisdictions<br \/>\nin which Client<br \/>\noperates or resides.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"therms3\" class=\"h5\">4. Incorporation of Client Product Content and Updates into 1WorldSync<br \/>\nProduct and Service<br \/>\nOfferings<\/h2>\n<p>1WorldSync will use commercially reasonable efforts to include Client Product Content and updates<br \/>\ninto the<br \/>\n1WorldSync Services provided that the suggested corrections and new product information will<br \/>\nonly be included to<br \/>\nthe extent that they fit within the parameters of the PDM.\u00a0 Rich content which is more<br \/>\nstorage and<br \/>\nbandwidth intensive than ordinary text is subject to additional fees. \u00a0 To the extent that<br \/>\n1WorldSync<br \/>\nrequires more information to complete the Manufacturer Content for any given Product, 1WorldSync<br \/>\nmay request<br \/>\nsuch information from the Manufacturer and obtain such information from other publicly available<br \/>\nsources.<br \/>\nManufacturer acknowledges that while 1WorldSync has the option to review the Manufacturer<br \/>\nContent for purposes<br \/>\nof determining its applicability to the PDM, 1WorldSync does not intend to, and will not be<br \/>\nrequired to, edit or<br \/>\nreview for accuracy any Manufacturer Content and 1WorldSync shall have no liability to<br \/>\nManufacturer for any<br \/>\nerrors included in the Manufacturer Content as it is incorporated into the 1WorldSync Services.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"therms5\" class=\"h5\">5. <strong>Support Levels<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1WorldSync will make its <a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#help-center\">Help<br \/>\nCenter<\/a> and <strong>Silver Level Support<\/strong> available to Client to assist with<br \/>\nsetup and service<br \/>\nuse.<a href=\"\/product-descriptions\/glossary\/#custom-training\"> Custom<br \/>\nTraining<\/a> and\/or<br \/>\nenhanced level support (Gold level) can be purchased for an additional fee.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-silver\" class=\"h6\">Silver<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Portal self service with <strong>dedicated support team<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Up to 20 Support Case submissions per month<\/strong>, via the completion of a 1WS<br \/>\nSupport Form<\/li>\n<li>Help Center availability including documentation &amp; FAQ<\/li>\n<li>Online webinar training for ContentCast, Datasource, PartnerAccess, Item Management Overview<br \/>\nand<br \/>\nTroubleshooting Using Item Management included with purchase of corresponding service<\/li>\n<li>Telephone escalation procedures for serious system outages<\/li>\n<li>Standard system reporting and production \/ consumption dashboard as applicable by service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"h-gold\" class=\"h6\">Gold<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Includes: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Assigned Customer Care Advocate<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Monthly call<\/strong> with assigned Customer Care Advocate<\/li>\n<li>Up to 30 Support Case submissions per month, via the completion of a 1WS Support Form<\/li>\n<li>Help Center availability including documentation &amp; FAQ<\/li>\n<li>Online webinar training for ContentCast, Datasource, PartnerAccess, Item Management Overview<br \/>\nand<br \/>\nTroubleshooting Using Item Management included with purchase of corresponding service<\/li>\n<li>Telephone escalation procedures for serious system outages<\/li>\n<li>Standard system reporting and production \/ consumption dashboard as applicable by service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"h-platinum\" class=\"h6\">Platinum<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Assigned Customer Care Advocate<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Biweekly calls<\/strong> with assigned Customer Care Advocate<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quarterly Business review<\/strong> with Customer Care Advocate<\/li>\n<li><strong>Up to 50 Support Case submissions<\/strong> per month, via the completion of a 1WS<br \/>\nSupport Form<\/li>\n<li>Help center availability including documentation &amp; FAQ<\/li>\n<li>Online webinar training for ContentCast, Datasource, PartnerAccess, Item Management Overview<br \/>\nand<br \/>\nTroubleshooting Using Item Management included with purchase of corresponding service<\/li>\n<li>Telephone escalation procedures for serious system outages<\/li>\n<li>Standard system reporting and production \/ consumption dashboard as applicable by service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"h6\">Enhanced Support Package (Silver to Gold upgrade)<\/h3>\n<p>*must be purchased in conjunction with one or more annual service subscriptions, and is an annual<br \/>\nfee that can be<br \/>\nused as applicable to Client\u2019s unique service offering. Enhanced support package defaults to<br \/>\nstandard support if<br \/>\nthe upgrade is not renewed.<\/p>\n<p>Includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assigned 1WS Customer Care Advocate with up to 4 hours dedicated time per month<\/li>\n<li>Monthly 1 hour call with assigned Customer Care Advocate<\/li>\n<li>Up to 20 Support Cases per month, via the completion of a 1WS Support Form<\/li>\n<li>Help Center availability including documentation &amp; FAQ<\/li>\n<li>Online webinar training for ContentCast, Datasource, PartnerAccess, Item Management Overview<br \/>\nand<br \/>\nTroubleshooting Using Item Management included with purchase of corresponding service<\/li>\n<li>Telephone escalation procedures for serious system outages<\/li>\n<li>Standard system reporting and production \/ consumption dashboard as applicable by service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Service upgrade is only available to silver customers who move from the support team to a<br \/>\ndedicated<br \/>\nCustomer Care Advocate.
