This Product Description describes the functionality and usage requirements to provide Client<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

with Product Introduction (\u201cPI\u201d) as of the effective date shown above. This Product Description
\nforms part of the Contract to provide Client with PI. Capitalized terms used but not defined
\nherein have the definitions assigned to them in the 1WorldSync General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

1. Services<\/h2>\n

1WorldSync offers Product Introduction as an addition to the 1WorldSync Item Management Platform
\nto provide participants with a methodology and a web interface to collaborate and incorporate
\nGDSN standards based processes and data to streamline the new item product listing process with
\nPI demand side recipients. 1WorldSync will provide technical assistance to help Client prepare
\nand synchronize its new product content. This service includes support for preparation, testing,
\nand assistance to ensure quick implementation of PI by Client.<\/p>\n

2. GDSN Connector Access<\/h2>\n

As part of the use of the PI solution, Client is granted access to the Item Management Platform and the GDSN Connector. Use of the Item Management platform is limited to the delivery of item data and content to select retailers. Participating retailers may include:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Walmart<\/li>\n
  • The Kroger Company<\/li>\n
  • Albertsons Companies<\/li>\n
  • Amazon<\/li>\n
  • Meijer Inc.<\/li>\n
  • Wegmans Food Markets<\/li>\n
  • Wakefern Food Corp.<\/li>\n
  • HEB<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Data Formatting Requirements<\/h2>\n

    Usage of PI requires adoption and correct usage of product identification and measurement
    \nstandards. Client is strongly advised to review the applicable documentation from GS1, GDSN Data
    \nExcellence, Inc. and Client\u2019s data recipients on the preparation of product content to be
    \npublished to them.<\/p>\n

      \n
    • AS2<\/strong> Users using the Applicability Statement 2 \u201cAS2\u201d standard for
      \ncommunications must adhere to the following rules:<\/p>\n
        \n
      • Multiple, simultaneous (close in time) business transactions for a given company
        \nmust be sent via batch messages and not in multiple, individual messages. The
        \nmaximum number of documents allowed in a single XML message is 1000. Sending XML
        \nmessages of a specific type (for example, Catalog Request) must not be any more
        \nfrequent than once every 5 minutes unless the message contains at least 1000
        \ndocuments.<\/li>\n
      • The \u201clistener\u201d endpoint must be running during processing of messages until all
        \ntransactions are processed and reconciled. (The AS2 \u201clistener\u201d is the client-side
        \nsoftware\/routine that waits for the response message and prevents inadvertent Denial
        \nof Service attacks that may result in deactivation.)<\/li>\n
      • Users must provide around the clock (24 x 7) technical phone contact<\/li>\n
      • Users must use an AS2 solution that is certified by DGI (Drummond Group Inc.)<\/li>\n
      • No more than 10 concurrent connections are allowed.<\/li>\n
      • Must be able to use publicly available hostnames (not IP addresses).<\/li>\n
      • When sending an asynchronous message and receive a HTTP 200 response but no MDN,
        \nwait at least an hour to retry sending the message again. The number of retries
        \nshould be limited to 3.<\/li>\n
      • The maximum file size or XML message size is 75MB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Additional Services<\/h2>\n

        The Product Introduction Service does not include any customization or configuration of PI, or
        \nother 1WorldSync products or services unless they are separately contracted and paid for by
        \nClient. Upon Client\u2019s request, 1WorldSync will provide Client with a custom quote and Statement
        \nof Work for such Professional Services.<\/p>\n

        5. Support<\/h2>\n

        Technical Call Center<\/em>. 1WorldSync provides technical support for PI at 1-866-280-4013 or
        \nvia email at technicalsupport@1worldsync.com.<\/p>\n

        Administrative and Billing Support<\/em>. For administrative and billing issues, please
        \ncontact 1WorldSync customer support at 1-866-280-4013 or at businesssupport@1worldsync.com.<\/p>\n

        Documentation and Training<\/em>. In addition to written documentation, 1WorldSync provides
