1WorldSync offers three (3) variations of its Augmented Reality Services:
1WorldSync will create and deliver 3D Models of Client’sProduct(s) in accordance with the SubscriptionConfiguration listed in the Order Form section of the Agreement.
Upon creation, the 3D Models will become the property of the Client, and can be delivered to theClient by 1WorldSync on the Client’s request through mutually agreed upon methods (most commonly FTPdelivery).
Client ObligationsIn order to create the 3D Models Client must provide1WorldSync the pertinent ClientProduct Content to do so.

Deliverable format1WorldSync will deliver the 3D Models in .usdz and/or .glbformats. Additional formats may be available to purchase by mutual agreement between the Parties.
Delivery Timelines1WorldSync will complete 3D Models and deliver them to theClient and/or AR 3rd Party Recipients within six (6) weeks of Client providing 1WorldSync with therequired Client Product Content, provided Client has complied with all of its Obligations, and nomore than fifty (50) 3D Model builds are requested during such any six-week period.
In addition to Augmented Reality Model Creation, 1WorldSync will deliver the 3D Models to the AR 3rdParty Recipient(s) listed in the Subscription Configuration of the Order Form, to be used inthe recipient’s Web3D and Augmented Reality applications and recipient’s internal and/orcustomer-facing systems.
1WorldSync will test Client’s provided 3D Models using generic standard players and testing tools, tovalidate that the models meet the standards of the AR 3rd Party Recipient(s). 1WorldSync willdeliver to the AR 3rd Party Recipient(s) the QA-approved 3D Models listed in the SubscriptionConfiguration of the Order Form, to be used in the recipient’s Web3D and Augmented Realityapplications and recipient’s internal and/or customer-facing systems.
For Augmented Reality Model Creation and 3rd Party Delivery and Augmented Reality Model QA and 3rdParty Delivery services, Client acknowledges that 1WorldSync is permitted to distribute to andauthorize the specified 3D Model 3rd Party Recipient to distribute Client’s 3D Models and anyrelated Client Product Content and such 3D Model 3rd Party Recipients have the right to use,reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, and publicly display the same when they receivethe content from 1WorldSync.
