1WorldSync’s PartnerAccess offering is a hosted platform service where Clients can submit, view,and provideupdates to ClientProductContent through 1WorldSync’s PartnerAccessClient Portal or through an agreed upon feed, for incorporation into 1WorldSyncServices.
PartnerAccess Subscription Levels
1WorldSync’s PartnerAccess Subscription is offered at two (2) levels: Standard and Premium.

Note: Depending on the Client’s PartnerAccess Service Configuration as listed inthe ServiceDetails section(s) of the Order Form, Standard and Premium level subscriptions can include oneor more Clientbrands, in one or more geographical markets.
As an additional add-on service to a Client’s PartnerAccess Subscription, Client can engage with1WorldSync toaccept Client Product Content via a customized product feed. A one-time setup fee may berequired inaddition to the recurring PartnerAccess Subscription – Client Feed Add On serviceoffering. The specificdetails of the custom feed will be detailed in the Service Details section of the Order Form.
Standard level subscriptions allow for one (1) individual to have access to the PartnerAccessClient Portal. Premium level subscriptions include an unlimited number ofindividuals that canaccess the PartnerAccess Client Portal.
Access to the PartnerAccess Client Portal requires a login and password.
1WorldSync will provide a username and initial password to access the PartnerAccess Client Portalto the ClientSignee of this Agreement (“Master User”). The Master User must login andaccept theClick-Wrap Terms of Retailer PartnerAccess Portal Use to activate the account,and can then addother users (employees, agents, or contractors of Client) to the Client’s account as desired(“Additional Authorized Users”). For the sake of clarity, a User is oneindividual fromone computer unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
Users should change the initial password provided by 1WorldSync upon initial login to thePartnerAccess ClientPortal.
Client is responsible for the use of the password to gain access to the PartnerAccess ClientPortal, whether thatuse is by a User to whom that password is allocated or any other person. Any act oromission by a User inrespect of accessing the PartnerAccess Client Portal will be an act or omission of the Client(irrespective ofwhether Client authorized or permitted that act or omission). Client must take all reasonableprecautions toensure that the passwords provided to Users are kept confidential and must immediately notify1WorldSync inwriting if it believes that a password has been disclosed to any person other than the Users.Client must use,and must ensure that the Users use, the PartnerAccess Client Portal in good faith, and complywith the Terms andConditions and all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations in all jurisdictionsin which Clientoperates or resides.
1WorldSync will use commercially reasonable efforts to include Client Product Content and updatesinto the1WorldSync Services provided that the suggested corrections and new product information willonly be included tothe extent that they fit within the parameters of the PDM. Rich content which is morestorage andbandwidth intensive than ordinary text is subject to additional fees. To the extent that1WorldSyncrequires more information to complete the Manufacturer Content for any given Product, 1WorldSyncmay requestsuch information from the Manufacturer and obtain such information from other publicly availablesources.Manufacturer acknowledges that while 1WorldSync has the option to review the ManufacturerContent for purposesof determining its applicability to the PDM, 1WorldSync does not intend to, and will not berequired to, edit orreview for accuracy any Manufacturer Content and 1WorldSync shall have no liability toManufacturer for anyerrors included in the Manufacturer Content as it is incorporated into the 1WorldSync Services.
1WorldSync will make its HelpCenter and Silver Level Support available to Client to assist withsetup and serviceuse. CustomTraining and/orenhanced level support (Gold level) can be purchased for an additional fee.

**Service upgrade is only available to silver customers who move from the support team to adedicatedCustomer Care Advocate. Hourly time limits shall be observed and fulfilled in a reasonablemanner that ismeaningful to the customer.
