This Product Description describes the functionality and usage requirements to provide Client use of Content1. ThisProduct Description forms part of the Contract to provide Client use of Content1. Capitalized terms used but notdefined herein have the definitions assigned to them in the 1WorldSync General Terms and Conditions.
Content1 provides REST API access to data stored in the 1WorldSync Item Management (IM) platform. Using the Content1APIs, IM subscribers can search for and download the product data accessible to a Global Location Number to whichthe subscriber has access under an IM subscriber agreement.
Content1 works in conjunction with the ItemManagement Platform by providing read only access to product data managed in Item Management. The Content1 RESTAPIs, provide unlimited access to product data by delivering the data in JSON format. The API authorizationcredentials provided to Client will dictate the product data accessible as related to the GLN designated as part ofcredential provisioning process.
Using the Content1 API, Client will issue API requests to perform productsearch, and subsequent product data retrieval. Product data is delivered in JSON format based on schemas provided aspart of solution documentation.
Other Product Subscriptions: A subscription to the 1WorldSync Item Management platform is required to useContent1.
GS1 and GDSN Standards Adoption: In order to use Content1, Company must have correctlyadopted the applicable GS1 product identification standards. Company is strongly advised to review the applicabledocumentation from GDSN Data Excellence, Inc. on the preparation of data and content to managed in the ItemManagement platform.
