This Product Description describes the functionality and usage requirements for ContentAcceleration Managed Service (“CA”) for the Item Management Platform (“IM”) and is effective asof the date shown above. This Product Description forms part of the Contract to provide Clientwith CA. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the definitions assigned to them inthe 1WorldSync General Terms and Conditions.
CA works in conjunction with 1WorldSync’s Item Management Platform. CA provides managed servicesand expert assistance to help Client acquire, aggregate, load, and maintain key elements of itemdata and content using IM, for items specifically destined for the US target market. Contentaccounted for in this managed service includes images, off-package content, and supply chainlogistical data. See Appendix A for a detailed listing of the data and content covered by thisservice.
1WorldSync will perform the following services as part of CA after Client first purchases1WorldSync’s Image Capture services:
1WorldSync will provide CA remotely. Client will make the required resource(s) available to the1WorldSync team for the duration of the CA service period and will provide the necessary contentassets and information to the 1WorldSync team in an accurate, complete and timely manner. Clientshall be responsible for approval of all item data and content provided by 1WorldSync as a partof CA to ensure that it is accurate and complete prior to syndication with Client’s TradingPartners.
Other Product Subscriptions: Subscriptions with 1WorldSync to access IM are required forCA.
GS1 and GDSN Standards Adoption: In order to use CA, Client must have correctly adoptedthe applicable GS1 product identification and measurement standards. Client is strongly advisedto review the applicable documentation from both GDSN Data Excellence, Inc. and Client’s datarecipients on the preparation of Content to be published to them.
Data Entry: CA requires that Client send all item content assets including but notlimited to product specification sheets, label information, awards, certifications, to1WorldSync via email.
Image Capture: Client will need to purchase Image Capture services separately from1WorldSync.
Ongoing Maintenance: The CA service allows Client access up to one (1) hour of ongoingmaintenance during the applicable annual period for every ten (10) GTINs purchased by Client.The ongoing maintenance shall permit addition of or changes to attributes during the applicableannual period. Any additional ongoing maintenance shall be subject to a separate writtenarrangement with 1WorldSync.
Appendix A
This appendix details the specific elements of data and content that will be acquired,aggregated, and loaded into IM by the CA managed service.

The CA managed service is intended to account for the most commonly used attributes to supportbrick-n-mortar and online merchandising. The table below describes the attributes captured andthe layers of the packaging hierarchy to which they pertain.
