PowerReviews Product Sentiment Analytics (“PwR Product Sentiment”) is an analytics solution for reviewanalysis that enables clients to understand the performance of their products based on natural languageprocess and sentiment analytics of their natively collected ratings and review content.

This Product Description describes the application functionality provided by the PowerReviews ProductSentiment Analytics solution. It forms part of the Agreement to provide Client with the PwR Product Sentimentcapabilities. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the definitions assigned to them in the MasterServices Agreement and any links to the PowerReviews website included in this Product Description.

1.Capabilities

Key Features:

  1. Data Visualizations: Insightful and easily digestible, interactive graphs and visualizations are available toenable engagement with the data.
  2. Key Topic Identification: Identify and filter by positive and negative topics & descriptors to tracksentiment trends.
  3. Scheduled & Shareable Reports: Quickly save and schedule custom reports, making it easier to shareessential insights with colleagues.
  4. Multiple Data Perspectives: Organize sentiment data by category, product, or brand.

Note: PwR Product Sentiment is available in English, Dutch, French, German, and Spanish.

2.Implementation

Product Sentiment: Company will enable the PwR Product Sentiment product for the Client.

Client Obligations

Since this product is exclusively available to PowerReviews Core Platform clients, the implementationresponsibilities concerning Product and Review Data outlined HERE are applicable.

Company Obligations

Enable the PwR Product Sentiment product for the Client to gain insights into consumer sentiments aboutproducts, according to the scope of the project.
