“360° Spin Set” means a set of images captured in such a manner to enable the
creation of an interactive 360 experience of the item.
“Finalized Shot List” means a mandatory customer supplied list containing product
data relating to the items being sent for a photography project ( SKUs, GTINs, ASINs, product
descriptions, etc.).
“GS1 Compliant Image Sets” means a mandatory customer supplied list containing
product data relating to the items being sent for a photography project ( SKUs, GTINs, ASINs,
product descriptions, etc.).
“Image Capture Style Guides” means a studio image guide created with customer input
and approval to instruct the studio teams in capturing, editing and delivering the images according
to product types or categories.
“Services Location” means the physical location where the Studio Services will be
performed. This could be at the 1WorldSync Studios, at the Client’s location, or at another location
as specified in the Order Form or Statement of Work (“SOW”).
“Still Image(s)” Single product captured images excluding 360 spin imagery. These
could be alone or in conjunction with other capture products.
“Studio Deliverables” Final work product(s) delivered to Client by 1WorldSync, and
which Client owns upon delivery. This can include images, videos, CGI or AR files in multiple
formats depending on what is ordered by Client and specified in the Order Form.
“Digitally Rendered Images” Photorealistic still or animated product image assets
created using imaging software. GS1, 360 Spin image sets or 3D Models for AR/VR can be created using
Client supplied assets or without any assets with Client supplied examples and direction.
“Styled Food Image Asset” shall mean photographic images created through a
combination of
photographic techniques, creative direction, prop selection, food preparation, and styling.
1WorldSync will photograph and deliver to Client one or more high-quality digital images of Client’s
product(s) based on the 1WorldSync Studio Services listed in the Order Form.
2.1 Photography-based Services Location.The photography portion of the services will
be conducted at the Services Location listed on the Order Form.
2.3 Image Format.Unless otherwise requested and agreed to by both Parties, all
images will be
supplied in JPG format in the SRGB color space. In place of JPG, images can be delivered in TIFF or
PNG format at no additional cost upon Client’s request, and as designated in the Order Form. When a
post-production clipping path creation is required, the standard image delivery is JPG.
NOTE: CMYK conversions are not offered by 1WorldSync.
2.4 Image Pixel Dimension.Standard image delivery is 3000 x 3000-pixel count. Other Image pixel
count delivery is available upon Client request, and as designated in the Order form.
2.5 Studio Deliverable Ownership.Upon delivery and payment, Studio Deliverables become the
property of Client. 1WorldSync will deliver the Studio Deliverables to Client through a Google Drive,
unless an alternative delivery method is mutually agreed upon by both Parties, and as specified in the
Order Form.
2.6 Metadata.Metadata will be applied to the images, if listed and agreed to in the Order Form. If
Metadata is to be included, Client must supply 1WorldSync the required information in spreadsheet
format (preferably Microsoft Excel) prior to commencement of the Studio Services.
2.7 Weights and Dimensions.Weights and dimensions will be captured for CPG and Foodservice GS1
compliant 1WorldSync Asset Package Services only, unless requested by the Client as an Add-On
Service.
2.8 Product Limitations. Due to the equipment used for image capture, we are limited on the size of products we can accept.
3.1 Image Capture Package (GS1 Compliant) 3.1A CPG, 3.1B Food Service and 3.1C Standard are
all options within this Package
3.1A. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Image Package
1WorldSync’s Image Package for CPG products includes the following for the sellable unit, inner unit
(sellable or non-sellable), or case, as agreed to in the Finalized Shot List:

All CPG images are GS1 compliant (meeting the GS1 requirements and naming conventions). All
images are provided in the GS1 high-resolution classification and follow the GS1 specifications for
product orientation unless otherwise instructed by the Client and agreed to in the Finalized Shot List.
Post-Production Services
1WorldSync’s CPG Image Package includes the following Post-Production Services at no additional cost
and will be delivered within industry-standard color correction and variance, with the following default
specifications:
NOTE: Revisions and/or additional post-production adjustments requested outside of the above
standards are subject to additional fees. Inkjet printing over text and/or logos can be provided for an
additional fee if requested by the Client and mutually agreed.
3.1B. Foodservice Image Package.
1WorldSync’s Image Package for foodservice products includes the following four (4) images:
Open Case images: Cases will be opened from the top or unglued at the front and sides. Cases with
display perforations must be requested in advance (additional charges may apply).
Raw images: Liquid items will be displayed in clear (raw) and white (plated) vessels. Drinks will be
displayed in short clear (raw) and tall clear (plated) glasses. Mixing requires an additional fee.
NOTE: Additional images (e.g., closed case top shot) may be requested and agreed to in the Finalized
Shot List for an additional fee.
All Foodservice images are GS1 compliant (meeting GS1 requirements and naming conventions). All
images are provided in the GS1 high-resolution classification and follow GS1 specifications for product
orientation unless otherwise instructed by the Client and agreed to in the Finalized Shot List.
Post-Production Services
1WorldSync’s Foodservice Image Package includes the following Post-Production Services at no
additional cost and will be delivered within industry-standard color correction and variance, with the
following default specifications:
NOTE: Revisions and/or additional post-production adjustments requested outside of the above
standards are subject to additional fees. Removal of inkjet printing over text and/or logos can be provided
for an additional fee if requested by the Client and mutually agreed.
3.1C. Standard Image Package.
1WorldSync will deliver up to five (5) images per product in one folder per product with the images
contained in a separate folder unless another method is specifically agreed to between the Parties in the
Order Form.

1WorldSync’s Standard Image Package includes the following Post-Production Services at no additional
cost and will be delivered within industry-standard color correction and variance, with the following default
specifications:

additional fee if requested by the Client and mutually agreed.
3.2. Interactive Asset Package
1WorldSync will deliver one (1) set of twenty-four (24) 360° images of Client’s product(s) in one folder
per product based on the following specifications:
The following Post-Production Services are included in 1WorldSync’ Interactive Asset Package at no
additional cost, and will be delivered within industry standard product color correction and variance, with
the following default specifications:
NOTE: Up to two (2) additional sets of twenty-four (24) 360° images (see Add-on Additional Row Set
Animation for Interactive Assets).
3.3. Full Media Package
1WorldSync will deliver images for both the ordered Image Capture Package (GS1 Compliant), which
includes options for CPG, Food Service or Standard Images, and Interactive Asset Package for the
same products. All specifications will match sections 3.1 and 3.2 of this document.
4.1 Add Keywords
1WorldSync will add product specific branding copy on the images to call out functions, features or
benefits. As applicable, Client must provide:
4.2 Additional File Names/Type Output
1WorldSync will rename and format the image files according to the specific requirements. The Client will
be responsible for providing the requirements prior to the commencement of this service. Up to two (2)
outputs (including different field types) are included.
4.3 Additional Imagery
1WorldSync will shoot and deliver still images in addition to what’s included in the Asset Package Client
purchased. Specifics will be detailed on the Order Form.
4.4 Additional Row Set/Animation (for Interactive Assets)
1WorldSync will shoot and deliver additional 24 spin images at an alternate camera angle with post
production work and animations included with the Client’s Interactive Asset Package.
4.5. Data Management
Modification or transformation of Studio Deliverables, re-delivery of Studio Deliverables after 60 days, or
updating of Studio Deliverables to meet specific recipient required standards, and uploading of the Studio
Deliverables to an external DAM system or equivalent.
4.6 Weights & Dims (Cubsican) – per level (eg – Case = 1, Inner = 1, Each = 1)
Product weights and dimensions will be captured during the check-in process using Cubiscan or other
measurement devices
4.7 Ghost Mannequin
1WorldSync will use a mannequin or body form when shooting the images and will use digital retouching
to eliminate the mannequin or body form used to display clothing, creating the appearance that the
clothes are being worn by a ghost.
4.8 Mobile Ready Hero Imagery Overlay
1WorldSync will create a mobile ready “Hero Image” that is a representation of a real-world product that
may differ from a standard pack shot, but which maintains the majority of the physical pack’s key
elements of design, shape and color, and is therefore recognizable on a Digital Shelf.
4.9 Premium Support and Delivery
Add-on enhancing the existing Image Packages:
Advanced retouching to correct or enhance the product beyond the standard adjustments
4.10 Product Assembly
1WorldSync will assemble and/or prepare the product for photography, and disassemble and repackage
the product if/when the return of the product back to the Client is applicable.
4.11 Rush Priority
1WorldSync will deliver the final images within the minimum time needed to complete a project.
4.12 On-site Project
Quote available upon request for image capture project outside of 1WorldSync Studios. This could be at a
customer or third-party location
4.13 Studio Day Rate
Day rates for Studio Services shall apply when Client arranges to pay for one day (8 hours) of time
utilizing one(1) photo bay. One bay includes, photographer, supporting staff and all pertinent equipment.
The rates listed on the Project Form will apply.
4.14 Project Set Up Fee
Projects with less than five (5) products purchased for image creation (capture or CGI) will incur the
Project Set Up fee as described in the Project Form
4.15 Styled Food Image Asset – Level 1
1WorldSync will capture a single image of the prepared food
product with basic styling by a chef/stylist to represent what the final prepared product will resemble. This
image will be in addition to what’s included in the Asset Package purchased by the Client. Specifics will
be detailed on the Order Form. When applicable, Client supplied example imagery will be used to create
the assets.
Specifications
Image preparation and styling will be limited to the following:
Product Reshoot
If some aspect of the approved image example was not followed – this could include the following –
incorrect product use /usage, incorrect photo level, etc., then 1WS Studio will re-shoot at no additional
cost and deliver the updated image files as soon as possible
Images captured following the approved example, but client had a change in preference, product
application, etc. does not qualify as a Reshoot, and will be treated as a new shoot request.
Styled Food Image – Level 1 includes the following Post-Production Services at no additional cost, and
will be delivered within industry standard product color correction and variance, with the following default
specifications:

The following creative services may be performed upon agreement between Client and 1WorldSync at
the rates specified within the Studio Services Project Agreement or Order Form.
5.1 3D Models for AR/VR

5.3 Add-On Rendered Images Details

place of photographic images
5.3.C. 3D Model Product Renders – 24 frame 360 Spin – 24 still images extracted from the 3D models
used in place of 360 spin photographic images
5.3.D. 3D Model Product Renders – Each 24 Additional 24 Image Spin Row – additional 24 still images
extracted from the 3D models used in place of 360 spin photographic images
5.3.E. CGI Model Product Variation – djustments made to the surface material of an existing 3D Model
which results in a new, but similar, product model
5.3.F. CGI Model Product Renders – 24 frame 360 Spin – 24 still images extracted from the 3D models
used in place of 360 spin photographic images
5.3.G. CGI Model Product Renders – Each 24 Additional 24 Image Spin Row – additional 24 still
images extracted from the 3D models used in place of 360 spin photographic images
Up to two (2) rounds of revisions by Client for Studio Deliverables are included in 1WorldSync’ Studio
Services as part of the Asset Package fee. Additional revision requests will be considered a “re-shoot”
which will count as an additional full priced item and will count against the total products purchased in the
contract.
7.1 Standard Delivery of Studio Deliverables
1WorldSync will deliver the Studio Deliverables as follows unless otherwise instructed by Client and
agreed to by the 1WorldSync Studio Team. Requests for additional deliveries or variations from below are
subject to additional charges.
7.2 Delivery Timeline Estimates
Target turn-around-time (“TAT”) for Studio Deliverables to Client and/or Client specified third-party
recipients is four (4) weeks. This is dependent on the project size and customer collaboration and quality
of customer supplied data.
Client acknowledges that 1WorldSync is permitted to distribute to and authorize the Client specified third-
party recipient to distribute the Client’s Studio Deliverable. Such third-party recipients have the right to
use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, and publicly display the same when they receive
the content from 1WorldSync.
Unless otherwise specified in the executed Order Form or Statement of Work (“SOW”) Client will have ten
(10) days after receipt of each Studio Deliverable to review and either accept or reject it as not
conforming to the applicable descriptions above or as specified in the SOW. If 1WorldSync does not
receive a written notice of rejection prior to the end of this period, Client will be deemed to have accepted
the deliverable. Any reshoots after or additional retouching after this point will be charged at the rates
listed on the Project Form. 1WorldSync will correct any material non-conformities identified in Client’s
written notice and provide a revised Studio Deliverable. The process of revision and ten (10) days for
either acceptance or rejection of Studio Deliverables will be repeated until the Studio Deliverable is
accepted or deemed accepted by Client, or it is agreed that further efforts to correct the Studio
Deliverable will be unavailing. In such event, Client’s sole remedy and 1WorldSync’s sole responsibility
will be to accept return of the Studio Deliverable, and refund any pre-paid fees associated therewith.
Client is responsible for providing return shipping information at the commencement of the project.
Commencement of Studio Services will be delayed without this information. If Client has not responded to
return shipping requests within five (5) business days past acceptance of the Studio Deliverables, the
product(s) will be donated or destroyed at 1WorldSync’ sole discretion without credit or refund.
After Client acceptance of Studio Deliverables, the Studio Deliverables will be kept for the duration of
times listed below. Requests for re-delivery after sixty (60) days will result in charges based on the Data
Management item found in the Project From.
Client’s Studio Deliverables will be deleted from 1WorldSync storage at the end of year three (3),
four (4) years from the delivery date.
12.1. Client will ship product(s) (or provide image files for Computer Generated Image services) to
1WorldSync no later than thirty (30) days after the effective date of the Agreement unless otherwise specified in the Project Form. To avoid possible processing delays and turnaround time for the Studio
Deliverables.
12.2 .Products must be shipped to 1WorldSync DDP destination (Incoterms 2020).
12.3 .Client is required to provide all information related to shipments prior to their arrival at the
1WorldSync Studios to allow for tracking, scheduling, and storage of deliveries.
12.4 .1WorldSync will schedule, and Client will participate in, a kickoff and Image Capture Style Guide
meeting within 1 week of the request. Failure to attend these meetings will affect the image capture and
final deliverable schedule.
12.5. A Finalized Shot List with product information attached in .xls or .csv format with SKU, UPC, or
GTIN, product category and description and all syndication information must be provided by Client to
1WorldSync prior to 1WorldSync receipt of products. (A template will be provided to Client by
1WorldSync.)
12.6 Client may provide an existing Image Capture Style Guide for reference for all products submitted to
1WorldSync for Studio Services processing. If none is available, then Client will be required to approve
representative products for style in the current project management software being used by 1WorldSync
prior to production start. Image capture will not begin without a finalized, Client approved Image Capture
Style Guide in place. Any Client change requests to image capture or retouching that deviate from the
Client approved Image Capture Style Guides will be charged at rates on the Order Form.
12.7. During the pre-production phase (after the contract is signed and before photography begins) Client
is asked to respond to all correspondence within 72 hours. Failure to do so will result in delay of the
photography production and final Studio Deliverables. Requested delivery schedules may not be able to
be met without additional rush fees at the rates specified within the Studio Services Project Agreement or
Order Form. The 1WorldSync studio team may request a pre-production meeting(s) within this period. If
the customer fails to respond or attend this will delay the project timeline.
12.8 . During photography production (including Image Capture Style Guide creation, image capture and
retouching) Client is asked to respond to all correspondence within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in
delay of the final deliverables. Requested delivery schedules may not be able to be met without additional
rush fees at the rates specified within the Studio Services Project Agreement or Order Form.
12.9 .When requested by 1WorldSync, style approvals must be completed within 24 hours to avoid
production delays. If production schedules must be altered due to Client delays, (delayed shot lists, style
approvals or other lack of information), requested delivery schedules may not be able to be met without
additional rush fees at the rates specified within the Studio Services Project Agreement or Order Form.
12.10. Client will designate, and pay for, a preferred carrier for the return of any products within a
reasonable time after execution of this SOW. If no carrier is specified by Client for the return of product,
1WorldSync will return products using UPS Ground (full rate) to the original address and will charge Client
all fees and expenses incurred.
Products will be unpacked, photographed, and if applicable, repacked, and prepared for return by
1WorldSync to ensure they are returned in the same condition in which they are received (unless
otherwise agreed in writing), normal wear and tear excepted.
1WorldSync will perform all Studio Services within a reasonable period of time, and Client will be notified
of the anticipated schedule, and any delays, by the 1WorldSync Studio Operations Support Team.
The final disposition of products under 1WorldSync Studio’s control for photography purposes will be
determined by Client supplied direction during the onboarding process.
If the products are to be returned to a Client location, 1WorldSync Studio will ship the products back in
the fashion they were received, e.g. – boxed, palletized, shipped to the Client location using the Client’s
freight account. Multiple return locations may result in additional fees.
If the products are designated as Donate/Destroy, 1WorldSync Studio will make every effort to donate the
products to a philanthropic organization, e.g. – Chicago Food Depository or Habitat for Humanity. If the
products cannot be donated due to safety concerns or other issues, e.g. – fresh food safety or medical
supply regulations, then they will be destroyed. This may incur additional fees if special provisions must
be made for the destruction.
Perishable food deliveries to 1Worldsync Studios must be scheduled at a minimum of 2 weeks in
advance and approved by the studio team prior to shipment. Tracking will need to be provided. Failure to
comply may result in the destruction of the items without image capture.
Refrigerated(perishable) foods (e.g., meats, seafood and vegetables) in which the original packaging has
been opened will be disposed of by the 1Worldsync Studio team within 72 hr after initial photography.
This is due to product viability and food safety. If reshoots are needed after this period, the client will be
responsible for shipping replacement products. This also applies to frozen products that were thawed
prior to photography.
