Digital Catalog

This Product Description describes the functionality and usage requirements to provide Client
with Digital Catalog for suppliers and recipients. This Product Description forms part of the
Contract to provide Client with Digital Catalog, as further described herein. Capitalized terms
used but not defined herein have the definitions assigned to them in the 1WorldSync General
Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Digital Catalog provides suppliers with the ability to render their own Digital Catalog(s),
mobilizing the product content already organized in the Item Management platform and enables the
seamless creation of selling sheets, catalogs, slicks and other digital sales aids to help drive
global sales. Digital Catalog will allow either internal or external business users to search,
browse and download basic product content that has been made available in the 1WorldSync Digital
Catalog environment. Control of the product content displayed in Digital Catalog is solely at
the discretion of the supplier as the Digital Catalog will only display product content that the
supplier has published to it.

2. Additional Terms

Should Client elect to send Content to 1WorldSync for use with Digital Catalog (“Digital Catalog
Content”), Client hereby grants 1WorldSync the right to store this Content within the 1WorldSync
System, which includes cloud-based servers managed by third parties, from which that Content
will be accessible for viewing and download via unique product URLs that 1WorldSync will assign.
Client may then choose to provide these product URLs to its employees, trading partners and
others so they may access the Digital Catalog Content. Client understands that although each
unique product URL will be a complex Web address, these URLs will not be secured or encrypted.
Thus, any third party that is able to determine the product URL will be able to access, view and
download any Digital Catalog Content associated with it.

3. Implementation

Implementation support is required for utilization of Digital Catalog. This implementation work
shall be set forth in a separate Statement of Work with 1WorldSync and requires the payment of
additional fees.
