PowerReviews Social Curation

PowerReviews Social Curation (“PwR Social Curation”) is a subscription solution which enables a client to pull
in user-generated social content (images and videos) from Instagram and request content rights for purposes of
displaying on their website.

This Product Description describes the application functionality provided by the PowerReviews Social Curation
solution. It forms part of the Agreement to provide Client with the PwR Social Curation capabilities. Capitalized
terms used but not defined herein have the definitions assigned to them in the Master Services Agreement and
any links to the PowerReviews website included in this Product Description.

1.Capabilities

Key Features:

1. Social Curation Portal: Administrative portal designed to display content from Instagram users
   mentioning the Client, enabling Client to request content rights and organize content for display on Client
   website.
2. Display Capabilities: Media gallery options for displaying the Instagram content on Client website.

2.Implementation

Client Obligations

During Implementation:

• Provide necessary data files PwR Social Curation content import, following specified formats outlined by
  the Company, according to the scope of the project.
• Authorize content stream by logging into Meta business manager account. The user must have Meta
  admin privileges.

Company Obligations

Pre-Implementation:

• Provide support to the Client in implementing the PwR Social Curation solution, including standard
  JavaScript integration and API usage, according to the scope of the project.
• Assist the Client in importing existing social content into the new system to ensure data continuity,
  processing and ingesting provided data files according to specified formats, according to the scope of
  the projec
