UNFI has partnered with Syndigo to enhance their New Item Set-Up process. This process supports UNFI’s commitment to accuracy in retail planograms, representation of products on mobile/digital/web-based programs, as well as print advertising for independent retailer customers and banner stores.

The steps to have all new or adjusted items captured and updated within Syndigo are outlined below.

Syndigo’s enhanced capabilities ensure internal and external users across UNFI’s independent retail customers and banner stores have access to the most accurate and complete product data available. UNFI partnered with Syndigo to streamline the process for product submission (physical), ensuring that up-to-date product images and package data are available for all areas of the business.

Physical Sample Submission – National Brands

Syndigo offers on-site resources to process your products with UNFI:

  • Complete the form below and bring (or ship) your sample products to Syndigo remote capture station at the UNFI Central Region Facility.
  • Quick turnaround is guaranteed for product dimensions and images loaded into the Syndigo database. This step improves the accuracy, speed to shelf, and speed to site efforts for UNFI schematics and online ecommerce.
  • There are no processing fees associated with this program. UNFI works directly with Syndigo to provide this service to all manufacturer, broker and distributor partners.
