Syndigo LLC has designated its wholly owned subsidiary, 1WorldSync GmbH, as its legal representative in the European Union pursuant to Article 13(1) of the Digital Services Act. This appointment ensures that Syndigo can be addressed by EU authorities on all matters related to compliance with the Digital Services Act.

Content Management and Response Process

As a B2B hosting service, we store and process product information provided by our customers. As part of our services, we may carry out quality control and data validation activity to support our customers in preparing and syndicating content.

We do not moderate customer content based on our own editorial or policy criteria. However, if we receive a valid complaint or legal order concerning hosted content (e.g. due to IP, regulatory, or legal obligations), we may restrict or remove access in accordance with applicable law.

Customers may raise complaints or questions by contacting us at dsa-support@Syndigo.com. These will be reviewed and handled by a member of our team.

We will notify customers of any material updates to our Terms of Service through appropriate channels.
