The team was dealing with a growing lineup of SKUs and a refreshed packaging system, and they began to notice gaps across their digital shelf. Some product images were outdated; others lacked the visual polish their premium positioning deserved. The challenge? Fixing it all without overloading an already stretched staff.

“Right now, we’ve gone through a lot of redesign in the past two years of our packaging portfolio and we have seen that some places some of the images are lacking to be updated…we were not getting the right consistency of quality of imagery, quality of color consistency as our customers would expect for the premium product that we’re offering,” said Carlos Janglas, Design Director at Harmless Harvest.

Harmless Harvest needed a better way to create and manage product content – one that didn’t rely on costly photo shoots or stretch their internal resources. Their goal was simple: ensure every product looked as good online as it did on the physical shelf, with minimal back-and-forth and no compromise on quality.

As Harmless Harvest is deeply intentional about brand presentation, everything—from the tone of their pink coconut water to the size of bubbles on the label—needed to be captured just right.

Now, Harmless Harvest is taking a more holistic approach to its digital shelf, working with retail partners like Costco and Stargate to upgrade imagery and align across platforms. Their goal is to create a consistent, up-to-date brand experience, wherever shoppers discover them.

“I think Syndigo will continue to be a key partner maintaining our cohesive brand digital shelf presence and just ensuring that we’re getting the right and most up to date imagery and files across all our all the different platforms. We are very eager to see the impact that Syndigo has on our project for upgrading our whole digital shelf presence and really looking forward to seeing how the new CGI images once finished,” said Janglas.
