Rodger brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise IT solution sales, with a strong focus on data management, analytics, and SaaS platforms. He has a proven track record of driving high-impact go-to-market strategies, forging strategic partnerships, and leading sales organizations across the APAC region. Most recently, he held leadership roles at VTEX, Akeneo, and StreamSets, where he successfully led market entries and business growth initiatives.
In his new role, Rodger will be responsible for establishing Syndigo’s presence in Australia—developing local sales strategies, acquiring key accounts, and scaling operations for long-term success. With deep relationships across executive leadership teams in government, financial services, telecommunications, and technology, he is well positioned to build trust and deliver value in the region.
