How do I get access to the scorecard?

To access your scorecard, you will need a View My Product account. You can request an account by filling out your information in the link below.

  • If you already have a View My Product account, you can access your scorecard using the steps below.
  • Click the blue See Your GS1 Scorecard Box.
  • Then select from the icons in the upper right-hand corner:
  • Download your PDF scorecard
  • Email your scorecard
  • Download your scorecard data into an excel spreadsheet
How do I correct my items to improve my scorecard?

PFG wants to help you consolidate where you manage and publish your product content. Use your View My Product scorecard to determine your gaps in data quality and fix or update the errors in GDSN and publish to our GLN 0806795000009.

Why are my scores different on the VMP scorecard and the GDSN scorecards?

Your GDSN scorecards measure all of the items you have published vs the VMP scorecard with items that are active for PFG. The VMP scorecard is a more prescriptive lens with more robust requirements to the items being sold so you can ensure your data quality best represents your products. Also, PFG Branded items are broken out as well as a separate column on the scorecard.

How long will it take for updates to appear?

After you updated GDSN publication has been synchronized, you should see those updates in VMP within 48 hours.

Why are my images different than what I have published in GDSN?

The images visible in View My Product are the images visible in our ecommerce applications. If you require any updates to these images, please work with your PFG contact.

What if there are issues with my item list?

If you find there are discontinued or duplicate items, please reach out to PFG at PFGdata@pfgc.com to make those updates.

How do I get old images deleted?

If you find there are old images to be deleted, please reach out to PFG at PFGdata@pfgc.com to make those updates.

What if I have issues logging in?
