Syndigo BigCommerce User Guide

Step 1: Syndigo BigCommerce marketplace subscription

• Log into your BigCommerce instance and subscribe to Syndigo API connector.
• Subscribe to Syndigo BigCommerce Connector on Syndigo Marketplace.

Step 2: Taxonomy and Attribute sync

• Choose the Categories to be synced between Syndigo and BigCommerce.
• Syndigo system will sync the chosen categories between systems
• Verify that the Syndigo categories are synched to BigCommerce platform
• Map Syndigo PIM attributes with BigCommerce
• Save the Mappings

Step 3: Data Sync

• Sync the products from Syndigo Platform to BigCommerce by clicking publish button.
• Make sure products are synched to BigCommerce platform.
